You will be close so many things - centrally located in Osage Beach, minutes from Margaritaville, close to restaurants, shopping and bars!

You’ll have a private guest suite with a small balcony, kitchenette, bathroom, 50 inch TV, + 2 COMFORTABLE king-size beds.

We are close by if you need anything - but we won’t bother you at all! You may hear our dogs bark every once in a while.

**We are not owned by Margaritaville; their amenities are separate**

*1 car per unit! There is overflow parking at the pool.

*If you are uncomfortable with parallel parking, this may not work for you 🚗 we are close to the lake and parking is tight.
*YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WALK UP AND DOWN STAIRS

*camera on premises but not in the unit*

Loved the place! Clean, had amenities we needed. Bathroom fan was too loud to be connected to the light. Would have liked to have local channels on the tv in addition to internet channels.

I didn’t see on the listing that it was a 3rd floor room. The room could have been cleaner. The hot water didn’t work at the kitchenette sink. There was hair from former guests on the towels and walls of the bathroom and shower.

Clean and great location

This is my 2nd time staying here and it was amazing. The room is very comfortable and the location is perfect for Bikefest. Highly recommend anyone needing a place on the lake.

Too Many stairs

Nice place, but a flight and 1/2 to just get to the door, then I was on the 3rd floor and both doors were hard to open. I am 84 and had asked before I booked if there were many stairs, answer was just a few. I really almost had a heart attack climbing all of them when it was 90+ degrees. When I finally got my luggage up there, I couldn't get the door to open. Left my luggage in the hallway as I was going out to dinner with friends. (Reason I went a night early for our 85 people family reunion. I went a sweaty mess and then had to the stairs all over again. Leaving was just as awful. The owner sat and watched me struggle!

Breathtaking view. Extremely attentive owner.

Due to my own lack of attention to detail, GPS will take you to the owner entrance which requires a key fob, I contacted the owner at midnight, she responded promptly and redirected me thru margaritaville. We even met in person. Abby is delightful and personable. Will stay here again.
