The Space:

Alona is a gorgeous custom home that boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms equipped with everything you need for your stay. Custom built-in, soft close cabinets, tall ceilings, spacious bedrooms, gorgeous views from the moment you enter and amenities for the most discerning guest. Private dock and 14x36 boat slip.



Living Space: The main floor living room has cozy couches, large flatscreen TV, and a 6' sleek modern fireplace. Just outside the living room is a large screened-in three-season room with plenty of seating to enjoy the elevated views of the evening sunset and meandering boats. The main floor has a spacious laundry room with a new commercial washer and dryer, closet space, a laundry sink and cleaning essentials if needed.



Kitchen: Our spacious upscale kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, a gas stove with hood and both drip and Keurig coffee makers, tea kettle, and French press. Included are starter K Cups, tea, hot cocoa, decaf, ground coffee, filters, and tea bags. The large dining area flows from the kitchen to share in the expansive main channel views.



Master Suite: Our master suite is located just off of the living room and you will find a modern King bed, walk-in closet, oversized shower, beautiful soft-close cabinetry with generous storage, a luxurious bathtub, amazing lake views, and your own private walkout to our screened in three-season room.



Main floor bedroom: Just past the kitchen you will find our second bedroom with queen bed and some of the best lake views in the house.



Second Floor Living Space: The open floor plan of the downstairs includes an entertainment area with Arcade games, shuffleboard, a full wet bar with margarita maker, ice machine, superior wine refrigerator, and a genuine Coca Cola refrigerator stocked with popular soda flavors. This level accesses the hot tub, two-person loveseat swing, pool deck and brand new gazebo with seating and fire pit.



Second Floor Bedrooms: We have a King bed suite downstairs with it's own bathroom, another spacious King bedroom overlooking the pool area, a bunk room with four queen built-in bunk beds, and another full bathroom. Every bedroom at Alona is equipped with a flat screen TV and Roku remote.



Outside: We have a private fenced in Pickleball court on site. There's a huge second game room in our three car garage with brand new Kick 55" foosball, Stiga ping pong table, fridge, 65" smart TV, and several seating areas. We also have a heated pool (open May-September), hot tub, porch swing, propane fire pits, lounge chairs, and gazebo with furniture and mosquito netting.



Our Check-In is 4pm and Check-Out is 10am unless otherwise arranged. You will receive detailed information about Alona when you make your reservation and will get your specific access codes the day before you arrive.



Our home is smoke free, no pets, we also have a Ring doorbell, and the minimum age to reserve is 25.



Guest Access:

You have full access to the entire property, backyard, and pickleball court! Enjoy the stunning views of the lake while you relax by the fire in our gazebo!



The Neighborhood:

Alona is located right next to Shooter's 21 and just minutes away from everything in the heart of Osage Beach.



Other Things to Note:

We have a camera facing our trash enclosure, the driveway, the front door & the dock/pool area.
