Town house with open floorplan.

Two decks provide stunning views of the main channel & no direct sun.

Open floor plan:

Living Area: 46' flat screen TV in the Living room, Electric fireplace and 2 RECLINERS!

Kitchen: fully stocked w/ dishes, glassware, silverware for 12. Crockpot, Coffeemaker, blender, toaster, large serving bowls.

Main Level Bedrooms: Master has king bed & full bath (tub/shower, double vanity) & TV.

2nd bedroom: queen bed.

2nd bathroom (off main living area): has shower.

Lower Level: 2nd Master bedroom/3rd bedroom: king bed.

Open area (considered 4th bedroom) has 3 queen beds, 42"TV, small table & chairs.

3rd bathroom is Jack & Jill bath (master has access from bedroom) & open area has access. Tub/shower combo w/ double vanity.

Large laundry area w/ full-sized washer & dryer, ironing board & iron.



ITEMS SUPPLIED:

We provide a starter amount of toilet paper (2-3 rolls/bathroom), 1 spare roll of paper towels, 10 kitchen trash bags.

Hair dryers, shampoo, shower gel in each bathroom.

Towels, dishes & silverware for 12 guests.

Pots, pans, baking trays, large serving bowls.

Dishwasher detergent, liquid dish soap.

Laundry Room: full-sized washer & dryer. Laundry detergent & iron/ironing board provided.

This Condo is located at the 20.5 mile marker.

Swimming: two pools, one on the point looking at the main channel & one near the entrance. We also have sand beach.

Boat slips available upon request for additional cost

Minutes off Hwy 54 & Osage Beach Parkway...located in the heart of Osage Beach.

Shopping: Factory outlet mall, boutiques, Blair's Landing

Golf: Many golf courses nearby.

Boat/PWC rentals: two marinas nearby have rental boats & PWCs. (Aqua Toys in same cove)

7 minutes to the recently renovated Land Shark (Margaritaville): convenient for conventions & indoor Water Park.

Family Fun: mini golfing, 2 swimming pools & sand beach onsite, go-karts, close to Miner Mike's & Busters (indoor amusement park & go-kart track).

This condo was perfect for our family members. The 4 bedrooms and extra beds can be hard to find and we’re perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

It was a great place. My only complaint was the steps leading to the downstairs beds were a tad dangerous. Adding a railing would be beneficial. There were lots of beds and plenty of bathrooms for 3 families. The view was spectacular.

Wonderful location and plenty of room, beds, bathrooms. Some wear and tear on furniture and basement carpet but can tell the space is regularly cleaned. Had one opportunity to reach out to owner and recd an almost immediate (and helpful) response. Already talking about coming back next year!

Everything was fantastic!

Perfect amount of beds, nicely decorated, beautiful views, super clean inside the complex. Carpet is a little worn and stained, but it didn’t bother me and I’m pretty particular about that kind of stuff. So easy to book and get checked in and out. Hostess/host super responsive. Perfect place for an extended family vacation. We had 11 people and never felt cramped.

Great stay!

The property was perfect for our family. We spent much time on the deck (could use a good cleaning) and watched the lake. It’s right on the channel! Pools are nearby and beach access was great. Property managers are apparently new so would recommend replacing the carpet, adding kitchen supplies and more towels in bathrooms. Great location too!
