    Important Notes – Please Read Before Booking

    Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to book and provide verifiable ID and contact information. All guests staying must be registered with ID prior to check-in.
    Maximum Occupancy: The home accommodates up to 9 guests.
    No Parties / Quiet Hours: This is a family-friendly community with a strict no-party policy. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Violations may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
    No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping inside or outside the property is not permitted. A $500 smoke remediation fee will apply for violations and the lease will be terminated without refund.

    PET POLICY:
    -Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
    -Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
    -If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
    -Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
    -No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
    -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
    -Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
    -A daily pet fee of $50 per pet applies.

    Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 cleaning fee and lease termination without refund.

    Pool & Amenities: The seasonal pool and splash park are open May–September, weather permitting, and are managed by the community HOA. Rules must be followed at all times. Amenities may close temporarily for maintenance without notice; no refunds are provided for closures beyond our control.

It was clean and quiet and good place for 3 friends to hike and rest (off-season visit). Most places were less than 10 minutes drive time so location was very convenient.
