LOZ Family Fun Lakefront Vacation Home #1, 5000sf, 6 bdr, 4 bath, 1 is ADA

Stay at this spacious 6+ BR 4 BA (one is an ADA bathroom) lodge style home with open floor plan, 2 fireplaces, and you won't be disappointed. Located on the Niangua arm with calm water, this home offers the benefits of living on the main channel without all the noise and traffic. Perfect for spending time with the family for a weekend getaway, a family vacation or even a family reunion or wedding.

Sleeps 20+. This home has two large decks that run the entire back length of the house, relax on the lower deck(with stereo speakers), out of the sun, or enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the upper deck. You might even see a bald eagle! If your party wants to rent a boat, or jet-skis from the nearby Marina, the dock offers 4 jet-ski lifts and 2 boat slips, as well as a large swim deck and stereo speakers, Lillypad, and two Kayaks. A boat ramp is located within 100 yards. We have a game room for the kids! We also have a pool table, shuffleboard table and air hockey table. This secluded house is located in a picturesque setting of over 100 trees and beautiful landscaping. Let your vacation start here...

We would love to share our beautiful lakefront home with you and your family. There is lots of space for having fun and entertaining.

Sorry no party groups, no smoking, and no pets.

Boat and Jet Ski Rentals nearby. Lots of great restaurants and night life in the area. Great parks, Bridal Cave, Outlet shopping.

There is a boat ramp within 100 yards of our property.

We have our own cancellation policy.
CANCELLATIONS- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund, Cancellations that are made within 30-59 days of the arrival date, will incur a 50% penalty of the total rental rate and taxes. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date forfeit 100% of total rental rate and taxes. Cleaning fees and security deposit will be refunded. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We do not refund rent or deposits lost due to canceled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do not warrant refund of rent or deposit.

Great Space Great Views

Everything was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space and things to do. Fire pit is located close to the water which made it perfect for the evenings. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Wouldn't change a thing.

Great Golf Weekend

House was perfect for a group of 12 golfers with easy access to courses nearby. The individual rooms were a nice bonus vs having many beds per room and there were large communal spaces for everyone to gather. Highly recommend.

The home is beautiful.. even more so than puctures show. There was plenty of space for everyone. There was everything needed and plenty of paper goods. Highly recommend!

Great Property

This property was everything we expected plus more! Our group was 17 people, all ages. More than enough sleeping space and rooms for everyone to gather or be alone. The hosts were excellent with communication and called once we arrived to check on us. The pool table, shuffleboard table, and hockey were a lot of fun in the evenings. The lily pad on the lake was phenomenal and thorouhjly enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay at this house again. We all had a great time!!

Annual family trip

This house was perfect for our annual family trip! There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone, including 7 kids ranging from 3 -17, and lots of space for everyone to spread out both inside and outside. Having the boat launch so close was great and it made getting our boat in and out super easy. The house had everything we needed and was very homey. Everyone loved it! Thank you so much for allowing our families to make memories here.

MO Vacation

Checked in on Wednesday afternoon, first impressions were great. Did a walkthrough and everything was perfect! Lots room so everyone had a place to sleep plenty of area to gather and make memories! Location on lake was great, wish we had a few options to boat to bars and or restaurants. The docks and boat lifts were great and plenty of water toys for everyone. Overall a 5 Star stay!

Amazing family stay !!!

OMG !!! What an amazing home. It was the perfect place for our large family get together. So many things for everyone to do at the property. No need to go anywhere else for entertainment. The kids had a blast !!! Fishing, the water mat, kayaks, pool table, air hockey and shuffle board. And Terrie, was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. We will Definitely stay here anytime we come to Camdenton !!!

Annual golf trip

This place was great! Very accommodating for 16 adults to sleep comfortably. Plenty of space inside and out to entertain ourselves. The owners had very clear instructions on check in and check out as well as having most light switches and doors labeled which helped a lot considering the amount of fans and lights both inside and outside the house. If you’re looking to stay in the Camdenton area, I would highly recommend this place to enjoy your stay.

Annual Golf Trip

This property is perfect for our group of 12 guys. It is a well maintained property that has plenty of room and everything anyone would need. It is a great location to all of the golf courses. We stayed here last year for the first time, and look forward to staying here each year going forward.

Wonderful home and hosts

We stayed at this home with our parents and our siblings and each of our families. It was a very nice home. Lots of fun basement games that were great for the kids. Amazing view and great spot on the lake that wasn’t too crowded. The dock and boat slip were also perfect. Our kids loved playing on the Lilly pad. The walk to the dock was nice and short. The kitchen and two dining tables were perfect for our large group. Also loved the outdoor seating area. The location is great as it’s not too far on winding roads and there is a Walmart close by and some putt putt and go karts about 20 minutes away too. We loved visiting the state park that was close by too. Beautiful hike! Great home, great hosts! Thank you for sharing with us!

Group Golf Getaway

My group of 12 comes to the Lake of The Ozarks each year for a golf trip. This property was great! A very spacious home, with plenty of room to spread out. This home was perfect for our large group. The location provided us with less than a 30 minute drive to the different golf courses we played. We enjoyed playing shuffleboard each evening. It is well maintained and had everything we needed. This home is perfect for large groups!

Best family vacation ever!!

This house was amazing! With 17 people in the house we never felt crowded and we were all able to sit together for meals. The views were spectacular from both deck areas. We were able to set up 2 corn hole boards easily on the deck as we have many people who love the game. Lots of activities... swimming, kayaking, fishing, boating, tubing and many indoor games for evening. Not one single person complained about being bored which is a huge accomplishment! Best part of our vacation though was that my daughter's boyfriend proposed while we were there! Terrie and Terry were exceptional hosts and any time we had questions they responded immediately. I think this is probably the first time we've ever had such prompt hosts! After I got home there was a couple of things that were forgotten...even though a couple of different people did double checks once everyone was out the door lol... I sent them a message and they immediately found our items and put them in the mail for us. I truly can't tell you how much that meant to me as one of the items was not an expensive piece but it means the world to me. I would highly recommend staying at any one of their properties. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing stay

Every year my brother and I get together with our kids and grandkids. This property was perfect for our group of 17. We loved the 2 large dining tables and the downstairs area was great to relax in the evenings. We ended up having shuffleboard tournaments every night. During the day we were out on the dock and in the water. The dock was large and clean and had plenty of room for our large group. Finally the hosts were amazing. Internet had gone down when we got there and they did everything to get it up and running that day. We have been coming down to this area for 8 years and they were by far the most gracious and helpful hosts we have encountered. We will be back to one of their properties! Jackie

Exceeded our expectations

The house was even more spacious than it looked online. Our group of 4 families had plenty of space to spread out….plus there were great common areas for us all to be together. The 2 large dining tables and large deck spaces were perfect for sitting around. House was well stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies and towels. The dock was the best part. Plenty of books to catch bluegills and catfish while others jumped off the dock and utilized the swim platform. We will rent from them again!

Family Vacation-40th Anniversary

Very spacious for our large family! The dock was great for swimming and everyone loved the Lily Pad. There were lots of beds for everyone and plenty of seating for all of us. Communication with Terry and Terri was great when we needed anything. Thanks for a great memory with our family at your place!

Great place with great owners!

This home is beautiful on a calmer portion of the lake great for families with kids. The amenities were awesome and the owners were great to work with. Would recommend this place to anyone.
