Die Lage ist absolut top in Schmallenberg, fußläufig zu allen Geschäften, Spielplätzen, Park, Wandrrouten und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sehr netter Vermieter und einfache Abwicklung. Die Küche war auch gut ausgestattet, auch Ver- und Gebrauchmaterial war ausreichend vorhanden, wie Backpapier, Zewarollen, Müllbeutel, Geschirrspülertabs, Spülmittel, Salz, Pfeffer, Rapsöl und weitere Gewürze. Besonders hervor zu heben, der 75" Smart TV mit sehr gutem Bild und für die Gourmets ein Pizzabackofen mit bis zu 400Grad."
