Comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with panoramic garden for up to up to 5 persons.

It consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living area with single sofa bed, dining table, satellite TV, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower and a wonderful shared panoramic garden.

The apartment is located entirely on the second floor and is accessible only by a flight of stairs.

The gem of this historic house is the large south-facing garden where you can admire the breathtaking view of the Sassolungo and the Sella massif, which can be used in common with the other tenants.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery and much more.

You will have free wi-fi, sheets and towels.

Haus Trebe offers a comfortable vacation apartment surrounded by greenery with a panoramic view of the Dolomites of Trentino-South Tyrol. The Sella Massif and the majestic Sassolungo are particularly visible from this house.

The house, built in 1557, is one of the oldest in the entire valley and is under ensemble protection. It is located in a south-facing panoramic position in the hamlet of San Giacomo, just a few minutes' walk from the famous little church, and is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation in the South Tyrolean Dolomites.

In winter, you can reach the ski lifts in a few minutes thanks to the free public ski buses that stop a few meters from the house. In summer, hiking trails to the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites start right next to the house.

In the summer months the free city bus, which stops in front of the house, will take you to the center of Ortisei in a few minutes. You can also enjoy the warm sun of the Dolomites in the cozy garden with deck chairs and Sassolungo view.

The gem of this holiday house is definitely the wonderful sun garden. It faces South and offers a unique, breathtaking panoramic view on the Dolomites. A real hot spot!

The house owner is a certified hiking guide.

The traditional restaurant Somont, where you can taste the best local dishes, is just a few steps away. All other stores and services are located in the center of the village of Ortisei Val Gardena.

The house Trebe offers outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, storage for bicycles and skis, towels and sheets free use.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. What an incredibly wonderful place and what an exceptional host. If you are coming to the Dolomites to get away from the crowds, you could not ask for a better place to stay. The view is simply breath-taking, overlooking Ortisei (4 minute drive) and Sassolungo, Seuc, and others. However, you are centrally located to all the things you would want to do in this area. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

This apartment is set a little off the beaten path, but it has the best view of the valley and mountains. The apartment is the perfect size for a few day getaway or a few weeks. It is close to a bus stop, has lots of hiking trails, and a beautiful church.

We were blown away by the views at this quiet spot on the outskirts of town. The home is clean, beds comfortable enough, kitchen sufficient for preparing breakfast, and there is a lovely backyard with picnic table for socializing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. It is a perfect base for exploring the area and enjoying the natural beauty of the Dolomites. People who want to spend time indoors may prefer a place with more space and better lighting. For our outdoor oriented family of 4, this was a dream. I hope to return one day.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenies) haben die Zeit im Haus Trebe sehr genossen. Vor allem der Garten und der Blick auf die Berge sind unschlagbar. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und kümmert sich mit viel Liebe um Garten und Gäste. Einige Wanderungen kann man gut von dort aus beginnen. Ansonsten erreicht man St. Ulrich in 10 Minuten mit dem Gratis-Gästebus.

What a delightful getaway. We were in Trebe, outside Ortisei and the quietude and the mountain air were only bettered by our sightings of deer in the back yard. Our host was friendly and helpful (and a brilliant wood carver), the accommodation was comfortable and modern [despite the age of the house itself). An added bonus were the guest bus cards which allowed us to travel on the local buses to the other villages in the area free of charge. As it was out of season [April], very few of the hotels, cafes or ski lifts were in operation. This suited us as we were looking for a quieter stay, but might be a problem for anyone looking for a more lively vacation. Overall, we were delighted with our stay.

Wonderful apartment with great views of the mountains above Ortisei. Loved the garden area and the view of Sassolungo. The apartment is spacious. You can start on a trail right from your door that takes you above the pasturelands and up the mountain. Easy access to all the lifts and the beautiful town of Ortisei. Wonderful place.

The minute we arrived we knew we had picked the perfect place to call home while in the Dolomites. We basically were on a dead end road so the only traffic was local and the bus which was perfect if using the bus system. Up from the house is a picnic table where we had our dinners. I really can't say enough about this sweet old home. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

This place is so quaint. It has a beautiful view of the mountains. There was a hotel within walking distance where we could have dinner and coffee. We loved walking around Ortesei as well. The ceilings are low, so our tall teenager kept bumping his head. The owner was there- and so very friendly. He is actually a talented wood carver. Enjoy your stay here!
