The house was clean, the AC worked great, and the beds were comfy! The host was also very responsive. The side yard was a bit unkept with lots of foxtail weeds everywhere, which can be a problem for some pets.

It was a cute little house, it served the purpose we needed it for. The only thing I would suggest is more towels, we had 5 towels for 4 people for 2 nights, also the back bath did not have hot water in the shower, so we all had to shower in the front bath

This house was cute, clean, and overall just what we needed. A couple things we would have liked to seen were the weeds taken care of in the front parking area. There were foxtails everywhere which inadvertently tracked all through out the house. We also had issues with the Roku working and had to unplug it and plug it back in for it to work each time which isn't a huge deal. The beds and sheets were very comfortable and I loved they had fans available. Also, the ramp for wheelchair access was very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again, especially for the price.

Visiting family

We stayed in Anastasia's rental for a week while we were in Oroville. The rental was clean and comfortable and convenient for our purposes. We would stay there again the next time we are in town.

We had a nice stay overall. The host was friendly and welcoming, and the home was very well maintained in a great location for our needs.A couple of small things to note: the backyard didn’t have grass and was mostly weeds and dirt, which made it less suitable for our dog. Additionally, the house was quite cold when we first arrived since the heater hadn’t been turned on beforehand.Aside from those minor issues, we enjoyed our time there.

Clean and comfy!

My fiance and I had a great stay at Anastacia's place. It was really stylish and comfortable, well-stocked. Very quiet and peaceful. Bonus was that it's pet-friendly so we could bring our dog. I would stay here again and recommend!

Great location, great space.

This space was set up very well, and is very comfortable to stay in. AC works great in both rooms. A nice long sitting area behind the couches provide ample room to sit and eat or work on your computer. Plenty of parking available and very close to all amenities. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely come back.

The home itself was lovely, although the fact that it is a shared property was not disclosed to us until the day before. However, we had our own private space, which was what we needed, and the neighbors were quiet and unobtrusive.Disconnecting and relaxing, however, was made complicated by the fact that there were no check-out instructions communicated prior to the stay, the check-in instructions were communicated only the morning of the stay, and there was no host book or list of instructional information provided on the property. This meant, of course, that instead of staying disconnected from work the entire time, I was obligated to fire up my email multiple times to investigate whether we needed to, for example, strip beds (yes, we did) or take out the trash before leaving.Otherwise, the stay was great, the property was small but very clean and quite lovely, and the location was really beautiful. Absolute 4 of 5 stars, and nothing that couldn't be fixed by more effective communication!

Nice and clean, great place!

It was very convenient and clean. Quiet neighborhood, would highly recommend it.(Except 1 night the keyless entry lock wouldn’t work (batteries were dead) I had to replace them at my expense. Also had to spend that night at my work because of the lock not working, nearby hotels were full, it was late and the host replied the next morning. I feel I should have been credited 1 night. Other than that the host was very accommodating, very nice.

I had to message the host to get the code to get into the house. She did sent it just prior to the check in time, and I understand that they don't want people arriving early, but we didn't even get a message regarding how we would access the house. The house is larger than we needed for just the 2 of us and our dog, but I chose it for the pet friendly and the location. Bathrooms are fairly outdated, but we had most everything we needed (except a wine opener, which was frustrating). We had a lot of difficulty getting the TV to work. We needed to use our own cable to power the TV and then it took the first 2 days to get access to log on to Roku and Prime Video. This required several back and forth messages with the host. This should be something that is already logged in so this isn't needed for future guests. My husband and I came to celebrate my 60th birthday. I don't like to complain, but this was overall harder than it needed to be.
