Excellent Beach Access

With the beach access being right across the street, you couldn’t ask for a better location! The view from the balcony is amazing, pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a great spot to drink coffee and watch the sun rise. We even got to see a shuttle launch from the Kennedy Space Center right from the balcony. The beach and pool were never busy. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and there’s plenty to do in Ormond beach, or it’s just a short drive to Daytona. But honestly, sitting on the beach and watching the surfers was entertainment enough for us. The pool is bigger and deeper than anticipated, our kids loved being able to dive for toys. There’s a convenient outside shower to wash off the sand before going inside or into the pool. They provide beach chairs, towels, pool toys, and a cooler. There is a beach umbrella, but it was broken so we didn’t take it with us. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee which is a nice additional amenity. The laundry room is just down stairs and easy to get to. It takes 8 quarters per wash, and 8 per dry, so plan accordingly if you plan to do laundry. Even while she was out of the country, the host was easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was a breeze! We may not be able to stay here again, unfortunately, just because our kids don’t do well sharing a room. But if we ever get to take a solo vacation without kids, this will be the first place we book!

Family Trip

We had an amazing stay. The home was exactly as advertised and even had beach chairs, umbrellas and towels we could use. It was very clean and nicely taken care of. The owner was communicative and proactive in everything we needed. We have family in the area and will book here again for sure.

Great Beach Stay

Condo is nicely renovated. Super Clean and has an able amount of supplies. Lots of extras too like beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and even throw blankets for the chilly off-season evenings. The condo is directly across from the ocean and beach access is super close even though there was some dune restoration going on. The pool and area around it are clean and well maintained. The complex was small and quiet which suits us perfectly. Beach view from the balcony is great.

Great value

I stayed at the condo with my middle school aged kids for a family reunion. The location was perfect- the beach was just across the street and close to where my family was staying. The condo was very comfortable for the 3 of us and the decor and furnishings were lovely. There were some negatives which I think were not the fault of the owner but worth mentioning. First, the WiFi was frustrating- it kept kicking us off on the TV and my kids never could connect. This is not unusual in an older building with what is probably concrete walls. The dunes are being repaired so the construction along the beach kind of killed the beach vibe. We also had issues with the lock being finicky - the deadbolt seemed to be a bit rusted and would stick. We figured out we needed to pull the door to get he lock to slide easier. Also, there is no ice maker (we are an ice loving family so disappointing for us) and no hot tub ( I presume that was in reference to the pool being heated?). And the cleaner showed up at 9:30am despite our 10am checkout time; he was apologetic but stressful as a single mom trying to get tweens to help pack!. All that said, nothing that would prevent me from staying there again.

Enjoyed our Stay

Nice balcony view from sunrise to evening. We were able to view the distant flame of a couple of rocket launches even though launch site is many miles away. The condo is nicely furnished with the essentials. The king bed is very comfortable. The exterior of the building as being renovated. The beach access across the road was being reworked to prevent storm erosion. We enjoyed the many public beaches with nice benches and restrooms. Convenient shopping and many restaurants within a few minutes driving distance.Overall we had a nice stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Don't let the exterior fool you

The exterior of the building looks a bit run down and neglected but the condo itself is immaculate! Michelle has done an excellent job ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time!

We had zero issues checking in. The condo was very clean and accomodating! The pool is very clean, and the location is unbeatable. This is my second time staying in one of Michelle's properties, but our third time staying at this specific condominium location. Both years, I've contacted Michelle and received a very timely response, resolving whatever concerns we had! Our family vacation was wonderful, and am so thankful for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo.

Perfect Beach Stay

We rented this property due to a friend's daughter's graduation. It was the perfect beach vacation. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, watch the sunrise and even saw a rocket launch from the patio. We will definitely stay here again if we are staying in the area.

The area was beautiful and well kept but we did not get to stay. The listing does not state that you can't have motorcycles in the parking spots (or trailers or pets). We booked to stay for bike week and had our motorcycles and there is no where close to park the bikes that is not on the property so we were denied a refund and had to find somewhere else to stay. The listing needs updated to have the parking restrictions in the policies section please! To save others the trouble of not getting a refund in the future and not being able to have their bikes parked at the property.

Family's visit with me inFlorida

I live a few blocks away and needed extra room for my sister and step daughter, since more family was staying at my house. The apartment had only 1 bathroom and no washer/dryer, but was perfect for extra rooms for visitors, and the price was very reasonable. The apartment has been updated recently and is lovely with a nice view of the ocean from the balcony.

Perfect beach get away

This unit is clean and beautifully decorated. The beach is gorgeous and never crowded. The view from the patio takes your breath away. I can't imagine anyone wanting to stay elsewhere!!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It is beautiful on the inside and very well appointed with all that you need. The outdoor pool is heated. Parking spaces are limited but you can always park in front of the garage assigned to the unit so if you have just one car it’s not an issue. The outside areas of the building could use some TLC but really and truly it wasn’t an issue and my kids were super sad when we had to leave. And check in was a breeze and contactless.

Convenient to Beach & Very Responsive Host!

This condo was perfect for my family of 4. The kids loved the beach and pool area. The condo had everything you need for fun at the beach, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and clean. I rarely have to contact the host on VRBO, but I did during this stay. She was incredibly responsive and quickly took care of our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here!
