"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The woman at the reception was extremely rude and completely uninterested in helping guests. The room smelled bad, which made it very uncomfortable to stay. On top of that, there was a lot of noise late at night—around 3–4 AM there were loud shouting and even fights, making it impossible to sleep. I did not feel safe or relaxed at all. Overall, I am not satisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel. "

"To start, they advertise that they have breakfast but they DON'T. That is one of the whole reasons we pick the hotels we do, so we didn't have to buy breakfast out. "The room was decent but dated. Walls and headboard needed to be wiped down. The toilet needs to be replaced: it did not flush correctly and was entirely too low to the ground."

"For the cost, we were very happy with what we received. The hotel had a nice appearance upon driving in (it was surrounded by other similar, nice hotel properties (Staybridge, Courtyard Marriot, Tru Hilton, etc.) We mainly picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool AND a hot tub and both were very nice in appearance and function. The hours were great as well. 6A-10PM for the pool and if you're over 18yo, you can stay until midnight. Room was clean and the bathroom had lots of counter...
