Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
The food options was an issue for me at the location . Keep in mind the city walk has the best options for food. It also closes at 1am.

The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando
We had the 2 bedroom condo which was great. It was clean, spacious with a beautiful view of the pools. The waterpark was fun, fills up fast, especially on the weekend so you need to go early for seats (unless you pay to reserve). Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
I was in and out for 1 night only. The hotel is huge and has 3 pools I did not have time to visit. There is a restaurant/bar, coffee shop, and gift store.
