The Coach House- Entire Home - 2 bedroom/3 bath Orlando getaway!

A rare find -- 2 Bedroom/3 Bathroom House.

Designed by renowned architect James Gamble Rogers II, our home is a 25-minute drive ($23 Uber) from the MCO Airport. Nestled in the heart of Orlando's College Park district, it is an oasis just moments away from Downtown Orlando: nightlife, museums, and funky art and music scene. Take a 25-minute drive to Disney, Universal, or The Outlets. Uber/Lyft/Walk to nearby trendy restaurants, museums, theaters, boutique shopping, and our craft beer scene.


The space:
Enjoy continental breakfast with coffee or tea either in the eat-in kitchen or on your private back patio.

We offer 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and keyless entry. There are 2 master suites: 1 with a Queen Bed and en suite bathroom, and the other with 2 Full-Size Beds and an en suite bathroom. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower.

There is high-speed internet throughout the property and a 52" HD TV in the living room with Roku (Netflix, Hulu, etc), and Blue-Ray DVD Player. The master queen bedroom also has a smart TV.

We want you to feel at home during your stay. There is everything in the kitchen to help prepare delicious meals. You have a few ingredients to get you started. Please help yourself to our fully stocked bar (*drink responsibly). Replace it with something if you choose, or maybe leave us a few dollars to do so ourselves, but, write us a note in the Coach House's guestbook to tell us how you enjoyed your experience.

Pull into your private brick driveway, follow the path up to the Coach House entrance, and use the keyless entry to enter. *Unique code is given to the guest day of.

You'll have access to the entire house – two bedrooms with two and a half baths, an eat-in kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a living room. Outside, you have your own grilling outdoor entertaining space with comfortable seating and lush gardens. You will love walking around this trendy College Park/Lake Ivanhoe area, and enjoying our magical vibe.

Highly Recommended. Hristina the host was friendly and met us on arrival. All rooms very clean and good beds. Delightful private patio/garden area. Cupboards labled with contents to make it easy for new arrivals to find plates etc. Short walk to supermarket. Children also well catetered for with box games. Retreat space

This house was just what we needed! Close to family and amenities, it provided a lovely spot to retreat to at day’s end. The listing was very well equipped, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Showers were amazing! We appreciated all the special touches and the hosts were very responsive to questions. We will be back!

Family get together

Wonderful place- we had such a relaxing time. Our family stayed for 4 days for our daughter’s college graduation at UCF and it was perfect! Very pleased and highly recommend!

Very clean, well appointed charming small home in great location. Thoughtful extras -movies games well stocked kitchen and welcoming treats. This was definitely one of the nicest vrbo rentals I have experienced. I wish we had more time to stay longer

Such a treat!

What a fantastic weekend we had! This property is spotless, spacious and so well-appointed. They have all the little things that make you feel welcome and at home. Cozy and cute - and such a great location - close to so much. Communication was great and easy. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Perfectly Cozy

Our family of 4 (myself, my husband and my parents) along with our little pup enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the availability of snacks and a stocked bar was an added bonus. I wish we could've stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

The cottage was perfect for our family to go back to after a full day of on the go to relax and get ready for the next day. It was very clean, they had lots of extras to offer which was very generous. We enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it!!

Clean and cozy, close to everything!

This place was pretty amazing. The host left us just about anything we might need. No need to go to the grocery store. Also, lots of space. There's a private patio with tables and a grill if you want to hang out in the sun. The place is super nice and clean. It is right near I-4 in a good area. You can easily get to wherever you need to go quickly. 2 minutes and you are on the interstate. The hosts were responsive and there were no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

All the extra unexpected amenities were lovely. Great hosts with a beautiful home. Clean, comfortable, and in a nice, quiet location, yet easy access to everything. We really enjoyed the Coach House!
