About this space

“The Clementine”, a quaint home in the trendy heart of Orlando. Tons of local restaurants, bars, playgrounds, grocery stores, and the artistic scene are within minutes of driving and in many cases, walking distance. Disney is only 35 minutes away, Seaworld 25 minutes, and Universal 20 minutes. We are an hour away from the Atlantic Ocean on the east and two hours from the Gulf of Mexico on the west. Upscale Winter Park is just down the street. The location is perfect for anything you want to do.

The space
Our home is nestled on a brick paved street. The guest house has a separate entrance, a large backyard, and a covered picnic table.
Guest access
There is a picnic table just outside the Clementine that you are welcome to use. We have a charcoal grill that you can use as well, just make sure you clean it afterwards. Grill tools are in the main house so let me know if you need them. Our kids also have a trampoline. Feel free to jump to your hearts content, just don’t break any bones…we aren’t liable for injuries. In addition there is a basketball goal. You’re also welcome to shoot some hoops. Let us know if you need the ball as it’s in the shed.

The Clementine exceeded our expectations! My daughter, her stepmom, and I were visiting for a short girls trip. The place was so cozy, the vibe was perfection, and we had everything we needed! The drive to Universal was also so easy! The host was very easy to get in contact with and answered any questions promptly. They even offered an umbrella on our way out to dinner in the unfavorable weather. We will definitely want to stay here again if we find ourselves in Orlando!

This is a prime location for being just far enough for quiet and close enough to walk to a quaint night life scene on East Colonial. The hime has everything you need, except a washer and dryer. Water pressure is great and all appliances are in great working order. We would not hesitate to book again.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the yard because it rained the whole time. However, everything else was perfect. The cottage was spotlessly clean, including the very large refrigerator. The hosts were outgoing and accommodating. The weather changed a lot, but the heater and air conditioner were more than adequate. We stayed with mom, dad, college boy, little kid and Gramma. It was all cozy and comfortable, including the mattresses. The location was perfect, as we were there to visit multiple campuses; there were also lots of places to grab coffee & doughnuts, or an entire meal. We plan to stay here again.

Clean house with nice kitchen amenities. Good shower and good hot water. Good air conditioning and high ceiling. Very convenient location for good food. Nice host. The Vrbo App is hard to use for communicating.

We HIGHLY recommend this host as well as this property! Both are wonderful! We had just a short over night trip and I was beyond impressed with the quality and character of the property itself, the BEAUTIFUL and peaceful neighborhood that the property is nestled in, and the wonderful hospitality of the host! If you’re looking for a relaxing little boho escape wrapped in touches of refined luxury this is the one! I can’t rave about the quality of this stay enough!

We absolutely loved staying at the Clementine!! We were only in for one night to go to a concert at the Kia Center, but we were so happy we booked the Clementine even if just for one night. It's a beautiful place and we will absolutely stay again if we're going back to the area. Brandi was super easy to reach and communicate with and very friendly :). The drive to the Kia Center was a breeze and made it far less stressful to not have to worry about traffic or anything getting to and from our show. Oh! The bed in the main bedroom was sooo comfy! We absolutely recommend! Five stars all the way!

Great getaway spot for couples or small families

I (Dad) brought my 18 and 14 year old son and daughter to town for a concert. It was super quick to get to the Kia center and there’s loads of places to walk to for a bite to eat nearby. I met the owners who were very nice and welcoming. I can’t think of anything negative really at all. We were all happy and comfortable there and this place will be my first choice in the future when we come back to town.

Cute little property in the rear of a bigger house. Quiet neighborhood close to interstate & walking distance to grocery donut and pizza shops. Parking is limited and near a busy intersection. My only issue were the checkout time the host told me & the time on my itinerary were off but other than that I think this is a good option for a short stay. Oh there was also an uncovered window near the living room where I felt exposed when walking by. This prevented me from walking around the place comfortably from the bedroom if I wanted to get up in the middle of the night and get a drink of water or something from that area.

Excellent stay!

The Clementine was the perfect place for my two friends and me. Very clean, spacious, and a 5 minute walk to Dunkin Donuts and other food options. Brandi was a fantastic host. Could not recommend staying here enough!

We evacuated here from St.Pete during Milton. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful. This is a beautiful little place to stay in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to stay while in Orlando then look no further!
