Parking is first-come, first-serve and below are the parking violations that will result in Immediate towing:
Do not: Park on grass, Block sidewalks, Parking on street, Double parking, Inoperable vehicles, Missing tags, Parking in a fire lane, Improper display of tags, Parking in handicap spaces without proper tags, Parking trailers of any kind, Blocking guest parking spaces, Commercial vehicles.

Sweetwater Club Amenity Access Included with Rental:
A keycard will be left in the condo to access the clubhouse and amenities.
*$45 charge will be applied if the keycard is not left behind in the property after departure.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
