With two parking spots right outside and a host of family-friendly extras, you'll feel at home the moment you arrive. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, offering everything from pots and pans to a Keurig Coffee Machine stocked with complimentary coffee and hot chocolate. We've even included those small but important touches like dish soap, paper towels, and garbage bags, so you can relax and focus on making memories. The cozy living and dining areas are perfect for spending quality time together. Sink into the comfortable sofa and loveseat in the living room while enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable or a family movie on the DVD player. When it's time to rest, our bedrooms offer something for everyone. The upstairs master suite is a serene retreat with a king-size bed featuring a Casper mattress, an en-suite bathroom with a garden tub, and a private balcony where you can enjoy warm Florida evenings. The downstairs master suite, ideal for elderly or disabled guests, includes a queen bed with a Casper mattress, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Children will love the themed bedrooms—one whisking them away to the world of Harry Potter and the other immersing them in Disney magic—both featuring twin beds, fun décor, and their own flat-screen TVs. We've gone above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy in-home WiFi, a full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided, and plenty of extras like a pack n' play, high chair, stroller, pool toys, and a medium-sized cooler for picnics. THINGS TO KNOW:
* Guests will use their own Netflix log in credentials.
* Guests must pay a $20 + tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.
Incidental Deposit: Guests are required to leave a $100 refundable deposit for the wristbands at check-in. As long as the wristbands are returned at the end of their stay, the full $100 deposit is refunded.
