Modern 7BD/5BTH home that sleeps 14 with a private pool, game room that would rival a commercial arcade, and access to a beautiful community clubhouse/lazy river (for additional fee). The home is located just 12 miles from Disney. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, well furnished kitchen, TVs and beyond to ensure an at home feel. The pool is surrounded by mature landscaping to ensure added privacy. Access to pool/spa heat at an additional cost

This large 2 story, 7 bedroom private home is located in a vacation home resort with a guarded gate, clubhouse, community pool with a water slide and lazy river (for additional fee), and a private pool/spa.

Swimming Pool
You will have access to not only the clubhouse pool but a private pool and spa (heated for an additional fee- send inquiry for pricing).
*Please Note* When pool/spa heat is requested by the guest on a reservation, the heater is turned on 24 hours prior to the guest check in date and runs for approximately 8 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and shut off in the evening. The pool temperature when heating is on ranges between 74 and 84 degrees depending on the outdoor weather. During cooler months the purchase of pool/spa heat can only be guaranteed to reach 10 degrees warmer than the coolest daily ambient temperature. Please provide 48 hours notice for pool/spa heat services you wish you have during your stay.

Enjoy access to two living areas that include sectional sofas, and flat screen TVs .

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge/freezer and microwave. You'll have access to coffee makers, various bakeware, flatware, utensils and dinnerware.

Other Key Items
There are only spaces for 4 cars in the driveway. All other cars are to be parked in designated spots on the street per the HOA rules. Cars are not allowed to be parked in front of the home on the street or blocking the sidewalk.
Private pool/spa heating available for additional fee (please send inquiry for pricing)

Parking is limited to 5 total cars with 4 spaces in the driveway and all other cars must be in designated spots that are clearly marked. Any deviation from this can result in towing and/or an HOA violation as these are rules related to the HOA requirements.

Exterior cameras are located at the front door (ring doorbell) as well as above the garage facing the street and on the side of the home facing the pool equipment.

We supply a starter pack of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soaps, laundry soaps, and paper towel as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap with the intent of getting you started. We do not have a large supply of these items in the home for guests as we cannot accurately determine a suitable amount that satisfies all guest sizes and durations of stay.

Given that it can be humid we do not stock spices as they tend to be unfavorable after being stored for lengths of time.

Welcome to Florida! Because we are in a tropical, lush environment, you may occasionally see local native wildlife, insects, or 'Palmetto bugs.' We maintain a rigorous routine professional pest control protocol, but these creatures are a natural part of the local ecosystem. Please make sure not to leave doors open or food waste out
