The front desk could not assist if we needed anything in the room. Had to call a different number to get anything. Then they would come out when they could. Nothing immediate. Bathroom smelled bad, the door would not close all the way. The sink at the kitchenette didn’t have hot water and the valve was on. It took a long time for the shower/ bathtub water to get hot water. The entry door keyless entry batteries died and couldn’t get into the room and had to call someone outside of the hotel to get it changed (around 11:30 p.m.) and was scolded for not letting them know earlier, had to wait about an hour for that, which we couldn’t as we were not there. We will NOT be back.
