  • This house is only 6.8 miles away from Animal Kingdom Park. This Kissimmee Holiday Rental is located minutes away from Orlando s Walt Disney World and Central Florida s favorite attractions in the exclusive community of Sunset Lakes, Florida. This is a gated community and is close to a wide array of restaurants and shopping malls. The home features a private swimming pool, and a foosball table, and is directly across the street from Sunset Lake s beautiful lake and fishing pier.

    Your family will love the ample space in this four-bedroom villa, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The home offers a King bed in the master bedroom with an in-room bathroom and soaking tub. The family room s flat screen TV and complete entertainment center will give you a place to unwind after a day at the parks. Our management staff will be on hand to ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need to make the most of your Orlando vacation!

As returning guests we always enjoy our stay at the comfortable Vrbo house. Very clean, spacious in a quiet gated community, conveniently located to theme parks, restaurants and shopping. Cannot say enough good things about our stay. Thaigo was very communicative and helpful. A small thing but spoke volumes about the care and attention - we brought our dog and he had a dog mat and dishes out for our dog. First thing we saw! How thoughtful! House was clean! Had all the necessities and even a crockpot. Would definitely stay with Thiago again if dates work out! I felt safe walking our dog - community was great!

From the moment you enter the private gated community this is an amazingly relaxing, welcoming place to stay. We were in town from Ohio and after the long drive with 3 dogs this was perfect. The bedrooms were wonderful the living area and kitchen nearly perfectly stocked (we left a better pizza cutter and an ice cream scoop to add to it) and the welcoming gift for the dogs was a wonderful touch. The neighbors were super friendly and the extra to turn on the pool heater was totally worth it! We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

Great Theme Park Location!

Fun, Relaxing, and Accommodating

The owner was very cordial and welcoming. He communicated very effectively throughout the process. We loved the spaciousness of the home and we especially loved the warm pool water and game room. A very fun place to stay for kids and adults. Great location.

Orlando vaca

The house was in a perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood. Communication between the owners was perfect. From the checking in to check out the process was without problems. The house was well stocked right down to the dog treats, bed and dog dishes the pool was a very nice escape in the afternoon too! We used the grill on the patio and They also had a crock pot which was a very nice surprise!

Overall Wonderful

Our stay at this home was wonderful. Mr. Thiago was very inviting to us and our dog. He was in constant contact with us to ensure we were happy and to offer any assistance if needed. The home was lovely and the neighborhood felt safe. We would stay again if in the area.

Thanksgiving 2024

What a wonderful place to stay! Great location, heated pool, spacious kitchen with items for baking (which I used) and comfort beds (we all slept well). Clean and comfortable and nice and we will definitely be back! We all had a wonderful experience including my girl Baylee 🐾 Neighbors were nice, , we walked every day and we had a wonderful time. We are so thankful we found this location. I highly recommend it!
