A clean, private room that is connected to a townhouse with its own private entrance & private bathroom with complimentary toiletries, stainless steel fridge, microwave, dining table, smart TV with free Spectrum cable channels, free WiFi in guest room, lobby and pool areas. Approximately 4-minute walk to the resort pool, spa, fitness club, restaurant, bar, lazy river, water slide, and arcade room for kids. The Regal Palms Resort is a gated community with a 24-hour security guard. Walking distance to Publix supermarket, hair & nail salon, liquor store, UPS, etc... approximately 13 miles drive to Disney World and 24 miles to Universal, Seaworld, & all attractions.

The amenities are amazing! The lazy river and pool water was heated and felt really nice. The hot tub was great as well. The facility also had different activities for children and my daughter loved the water slide. The bed was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. I had a very difficult time sleeping. The walls are also the thinnest walls I’ve ever encountered in my life and I could hear talking, every noise, front door opening, people walking upstairs and turning their water on.

Loved It

The room was ready when we got there! The check in was super easy. It was our first time being there and i absolutely loved the location! It was super close, not even 2 minutes up the road, from food places and stores. The neighborhood was clean and beautiful. It’s a gated community so that’s a PLUS!

Tiny, but Mighty!

Our stay at this property was delightful! Despite its compact size, the room was well-appointed and comfortable, making it perfect for a couple from Michigan chasing the sun. The resort's amenities were fantastic, offering plenty of activities and relaxation options. LOTS of kids playing and splashing in the water, which was a little annoying, but thankfully the pool and lazy river was heated and really quite warm for January. Overall, it was a cozy and enjoyable experience that met our expectations. Only thing it's missing for a home away from home is a kitchen. It does have a min fridge, freezer and microwave though. It has a couple floaties in the closet to use at the pool which was nice, but if you need more, Publix is a few blocks down the street. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay in Davenport, FL. Thanks!

Easy, Kid friendly, Perfect place to relax

Very first impression was that I'd book another stay here! We're not a family that frequents the same stay twice as we are always chasing a new adventure, maybe the same area but never the same place. Before we left, I was looking at availability and sharing with family back home. It was just me and 2 kids this trip, ages 4 and 9. The location to the amenities was perfect - a very short walk. I loved that they included beach towels and floaties! Huge plus. The only thing that could have made our stay better was plastic silverware/cups/cutting board as we grabbed groceries for our 3-day stay to avoid eating out every meal (there is a m/w and mini fridge with small freezer in the room). Not a deal breaker, there is a Publix less than a mile down the road. My kids loved the arcade - perfect for the 1 rainy day we had, the onsite icecream shop, and the waterslide/lazy river. We didn’t venture offsite much this trip but a quick google search as I explored other "rainy day" ideas showed plenty of options with 30-45 mins. Overall, it was nice to have a private stay with the car parked right out front. The beds were comfy, too!

Clean room and nice resort.

The room was very clean and well-maintained. It was perfect for a 1 person stay. I didn't see much of the resort but did go to the pool one day and it was also very nice. Everyone was very friendly and I had no problems at all during my stay.

property is amazing, check in process was a breeze and when i say the room was cleaner then any hotel/rental room I have ever been, absolutely spotless. about a 20-30 min drive to disney depending on traffic. definitely booking again for my next disney trip

the service we recived was great, from check in to drinks at the pool. everyone was kind and went the extra to make our stay wonderful. at check in the lady at the desk was so good to us explaining everything(this lady walked with a limp). my praises to your company for having wonderful employees.

Spring Break 2023

The room was exactly as it was described. The big bed squeaked a lot with every toss and turn you would make waking up my 5 year old in the middle of the night. The kids beds where ok. I usually always get something bigger, but didn't think we needed a bigger place, boy I was wrong! I did miss having a kitchen and laundry. The place was good, the dog woke us up early. Didn't know if it was the units dog or a neighbor dog but he was pretty loud. Location was about 30 minutes to the parks but with so much traffic it was about an hour to get anywhere in Orlando. The resort was great, my kids enjoyed the water. Overall it was an ok stay!

Beautiful place

The owners live right next door, super accommodating and very pleasant. The property is absolutely beautiful, the lazy river is really fun. When you enter the pool area it’s like paradise, I would highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay.

Easy to find and great location. The pullout bed is perfect for little ones. Place was clean and was able to park in the driveway. Easy access to Disney and a Publix is around the corner. Will stay again next year for our trip to the Orlando area.

Great property

The property is as advertised. The check in process was very quick and easy. The room was very nice. Enough room for 2 adults (possibly a child as well). Everything was clean. Fridge w/ a freezer was great. Water was hot- which is a plus to us! Close to eating establishments and grocery stores. 30 minute drive to Universal and SeaWorld (our desitinations). The neighborhood was quiet. There was no noise from the adjoining home with the exception of morning hustling and bustling. . No complaints! We did not use the pool or the gym but we did peek at them and they looked very nice!

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend!

It was the perfect size and price for a long weekend! Publix is a walkable distance, which was perfect for us since we didn't have a car. We especially enjoyed the lazy river and pool.
