The Space:

A comfortable and practical home base awaits at Club Cortile, offering 1,204 square feet of living space across a three bedroom townhouse designed for families and groups visiting Central Florida. After a busy day at the theme parks, settle into the living room, prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of the community's shared recreational amenities.



The living room features comfortable seating for up to six guests and a TV, providing an easygoing space to relax, watch a movie or spend time together. The dining area seats six and sits conveniently beside the kitchen, making family meals and casual gatherings simple.



Sleeping arrangements



The primary bedroom features a king size bed and offers a comfortable private space to recharge after a full day of sightseeing.



Bedroom two has two twin beds, making it a convenient option for children or traveling companions.



Bedroom three also features two twin beds, providing additional flexibility for families and groups.



The townhouse sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms and includes two full bathrooms.



Kitchen and dining



The fully equipped kitchen provides the essentials needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Whether you're making breakfast before heading to the parks, preparing dinner after a long day out or simply keeping snacks on hand, the kitchen gives you the convenience of having your own cooking space.

Please note that the townhouse itself does not have a private pool. The swimming pool and hot tub are shared amenities located within the Club Cortile community and are available to guests subject to community rules and operating hours.

Club Cortile offers a convenient Kissimmee location for exploring Central Florida. Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, Gatorland and other popular attractions are all within driving distance.

Good to know



The townhouse is located within a gated community and includes free parking. Guests have access to the shared Club Cortile community amenities, including the pool, hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, movie theater, business center, sports courts and playground.



The pool is not private to the townhouse. It is a shared community swimming pool available to residents and guests of Club Cortile.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the townhouse during their stay, along with access to the shared Club Cortile community amenities .



These include the resort style heated outdoor swimming pool, shared hot tub, fitness center, 4,000 square foot clubhouse, movie theater, business center, tennis courts, basketball courts and children's playground.



There is no private pool at the townhouse. The swimming pool and hot tub are community facilities shared with other Club Cortile residents and guests.



Free parking for up to 3 vehicles is available within the community.
