LARGE open floor plan house, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths with 2,000 sq. ft. of living space that can accommodate up to 12 guests for business or leisure comfortably. Nestled between industrial-residential In the heart of Orlando, FL by FLORIDA MALL, 10 minutes drive from Orlando Airport and close to EVERYTHING (17 min Epic Universial, 20 min Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, City Walk, Sea World, Disney World, ESPN Sports, International Drive, Orange County Convention Center, Icon Park, Downtown Park, Central Florida Fairgrounds, KIA Center, Camping World Stadium) quick access to the all major roads, Florida State Rd 528 Beach line Expressway, Florida’s Turnpike highways. This large, spacious, modest older home is great for large families, business travelers, companies looking for temp housing for employees, church groups, or budget-friendly travelers who want MORE FOR YOUR MONEY, COMFORT, PRIVACY.

The Pool is chilly in December-February months, but after March, it’s all about the 10 ft pool, barbecue grill, and our Florida SUN in this 10 ft pool. The home is set up with FREE Wi-Fi Internet, Free Movies, Board Games, Books, Xbox, Firestick watch Sporting Events or just sign along with Karaoke.

Quiet and spacious Orlando house!

The house was nice and helped us sleep many for a multi-day conference located at the Hilton Orlando. The distance was drivable, and we could park 4 cars at the house. There was more than enough space for us and the kitchen was in great shape. The kids enjoyed the board games and video games. We will stay here again!

Moved our Son to Florida

House was perfect for our family. We are from Texas and moved our son to Winter Park to attend Full Sail. Kids enjoyed the pool and the big living room. We watched movies so comfortably. Perfect for our stay.

Gloyd Family Vacation to Disney World 2022

The house was very spacious and nice. My husband and I are both active duty service members and decided to rent a house with a swimming pool to entertain our 5 children while we weren't at Disney World. The house was set up very nice, so it made it very easy for us to cook. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday to save money. Of course the pool was our favorite part of the whole house. I look forward to staying here again!

Amazing Getaway

This was our first getaway as a joint family stay. It’s was perfect! Alex had great communication from the start. There is a nice open living room with space for everyone, kitchen w plenty of prep room, and a large closet/pantry on one side of the house. The other side has the bedrooms. It’s worked out perfect for our family. The pool in the back yard is perfect with plenty of lounge chairs for the adults. A nice fenced in yard and fire but and grill make this a great backyard space. Situated in a nice residential area, it is still close to shopping and all the amusement Orlando has to offer. Will definitey be returning.

Great location

House larger and more spacious than appears in photos. Nice, quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Great location, close to shopping and Universal. House was ADA friendly which was great for wheelchair.

Stay cool in the pool! Great for a bachelor party.

I will start off by saying it was a great property for my intent, arranging a (40+) bachelor party. AC blows cold, clean interior, charcoal grille for cooking, and the pool felt great on a mid October day. Plenty of room in the backyard to throw frisbee and quiet neighborhood with no nosey neighbors. If you are looking for a romantic getaway there are some details that may not sit well. Sloppy paint on the windows, dead tree at the front door, backflow preventer in the yard, various ceiling textures in the living room, hodge-podge of antiquated furniture and a face painted on the bottom of the pool. This is a positive review but the transparency is for the benefit of those that are considering a reservation.

Next to Little Lake Conway

Was perfectly located close to Little Lake Conway where we were fishing everyday. Pool and HotTub were nice. House stayed cool and large kitchen was great for gathering.

1st Family Vacation '18

The house was amazing more than enough room for my family. We all had an amazing time in the pool and spa. My daughter wanted to stay in the pool all day, she said she had the best time there (7 Years Old Daughter). The house had everything we needed to cook. Was unable to use the fire pit due to the excessive rain but we still had so much fun. I would love to go back.

the house is fine but the sofa and beds are old & dirty. I think those need to be replaced. the drinking water fountain, I think it's filled with tap water and cover the top with aluminum foil. other than that, the house is very good condition and open space, the location is not too far from Orlando studios. really close to the shopping center. thanks

Nice house in a great area

We stayed here right after hurricane Irma and actually had to cut off 3 days from the stay because house was without power. Alex was very helpful suggesting alternative hotels and refunded the days. House is spacious and perfect for us where the 3 kids could have their own room and privacy. Nice touch with the karaokee machine in the living room. Pool area and garden are nice and open, just the way we like it. Location is great with Florida Mall very close, lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Easy access to Universal and Seaworld, both are around 15 min. Would definately recommend this house to others.
