The inside was fully renovated with new wood flooring, all new furniture and design.
The unit includes high quality plush queen size bed, refrigerator, coffee corner with coffee\tea products, a kettle and a microwave (no full kitchen), AC, 40" cable TV, Hairdryer, Iron and all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Less than 5 minutes to international drive and sea world, 7 minutes to universal studios, 10 minutes to Disney. Down the road from 24X7 Walmart Supertcenter, Whole foods among many other shopping destinations including Orlando premium outlets, the mall at millennia and more.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the fully private unit, located on the ground level with private entrance. You can walk around the large grass lawns overlooking the lake, take a stroll along sunset and enjoy the beautiful lake views and Disney fireworks every night after sunset. Parking is free on assigned spot for your vehicle.

Very good! You need a car

Everything good, thank you Dan! Just remember that although some of the places like the convention centres look close on the map, they are unaccessible due to the highways.

Orlando Trip

Small studio and bath works great if you’re just using it to sleep like we were! It’s close to the attractions, a Walmart, and a 7-Eleven so convenient for all your grocery needs as well! Things to note: The bed squeaks when you move, you have no control over the air conditioning temperature, definitely not made for more than two people. Overall we had a good stay here and would recommend to friends/family if wanting to be around the attractions!

Location, location, location!

Pros: 1. Location is like 10-15 mins from anything and everything Disney 10 mins, Universal 15, Whole Foods, 8... 2. Super easy check in process 3. Safe neighborhood 4. Extra soft bed 5. Plenty of outlets 6. Host was super nice & quick to respond to questions. 7. Enjoyable decor and the lake was beautiful 8. Everything was in working order 9. Smelled good 10. Unit was mostly clean, a lil cobweb in the corner but no big deal. Cons: 1.There was no way to control the temperature in the room!! That was a big deal because I sleep really hot at night and as such it was incredibly uncomfortable most nights. ( Be aware that most people would probably be just fine) 2. If you are staying more than one night there isn't enough hangers in the closet to accommodate your clothing and no dresser to unpack in. 3. There was no actual coffee pot and no counter space. There was a kettle for hot water and instant coffee but if you're a coffee drinker instant isn't gonna cut it. ;-) 5. The parking spot is across the entire parking lot from the unit and wasn't a big deal until it was pouring rain. (bring and umbrella just in case) 6. There is some negative landscaping around the entrance way so it was ankle deep in water. There were stepping bricks placed throughout the area to help your feet stay dry. (that was nice) 7. The upstairs neighbors had a yappy dog, and sounded mostly like a herd of elephants at a bowling lane. . Overall: It was a pleasant trip, no ugly surprises and I would stay here again despite the cons. The location and value of this unit far outweighs any negatives!!

Great location very clean and new

We had a great stay at is beautifully decorated studio. We had everything we needed the beds are very comfortable it’s fully private and relaxing. Most important thing for us is that it is centrally located close to everything we needed. Very close to the convention center and an easy few minutes drive to Disney and Universal Studios. We spend our days in the convention center and hang out at night at Disney springs and universal CityWalk. We highly recommend this studio to anyone who is visiting Orlando either for work like we did or for pleasure :)

Great stay in orlando near Disney & convention center

I had a great stay at this lovely studio. I came for a one day event at the Orange county convention center. the location of the unit is great easy access to the center. on the second day I went to see Disney magic kingdom. also very easy access. It has free parking and wifi, The space inside really feels new and very clean. its near a big lake which i found very relaxing. the bed is super comfy and the place is very quiet and central. I would love to return in the future. Thanks!
