The Space:

From the moment you step inside, this Potter's Retreat feels like a home designed for gathering. The living room opens wide with a plush sectional, sunlight pouring through the windows, and a big-screen TV that invites everyone to settle in after a day of adventure. The kitchen sits at the heart of it all, fully equipped and ready for everything from early-morning coffee to family feasts around the dining table. The open floor plan allows everyone to gather and enjoy the family breakfast as everyone gets ready to hit the parks for the day. Pool heat is available for a nominal charge. Entertainment is certainly one of the main focus points of Potter's Retreat! Upstairs, an open loft doubles as a game room, complete with dual gaming consoles (PlayStation 5 and X Box S), air hockey, and a retro arcade game that sparks a little friendly competition. Downstairs, movie lovers will discover their own hideaway in the superhero-themed theater, where rows of reclining chairs face a massive screen—perfect for late-night marathons and popcorn-fueled gatherings. The movie room is also great for getting together in harmony, as the family competes in friendly Karaoke competition on the built in karaoke machine. Gamers will also enjoy the action with another PlayStation 5 available in the theater for guests to use.



Downstairs, two spacious king suites on the main floor offer quiet comfort and easy access, while upstairs is where the fun truly unfolds. The themed bunk room upstairs is a dream for younger guests. Custom-built bunks, each with its own glow and character, line the walls like a secret wizarding clubhouse. With shelves for books and treasures, a huge smart TV, and an Xbox S, it’s a space that feels made just for them—a place where they can stay up too late laughing and swapping stories. For parents looking to remain close enough, a secret doorway leads from the custom bunk room to a queen bedroom, assuring that the comfort and safety is close by. Across the loft, guests will enjoy relaxing in an additional king master bedroom in the back of the home.



Outside, your private oasis awaits. The screened-in pool shimmers in the Florida sun, and the spillover spa promises to melt away the day’s energy. Lounge chairs line the deck for long afternoons by the water, while a shaded dining area invites everyone to gather over grilled meals and sunset conversations. The pool can be heated for an additional $30 per day. Please request pool heating in advance of your stay so we can have the pool warm and ready for you upon arrival!
