This place is in need of much repairs and a deep cleaning. We are very disappointed and will request a refund. Downstairs bathroom does not have hot water in the shower, so we had to shower upstairs. The downstairs toilet backed up or didnt completely flush every time there was #2 in it. The shower and toilet appear severely stained and lacking any attempt of a deep clean. The front porch furniture is ridden with holes and spider webs. The pool couch cushions are full of mold, The refrigerator ice dispenser doesnt work and flashes that filters need to be changed. kitchen garbage can is filthy underneath the garbage bag, ceiling fan blades are all caked in grime and months of dirt, there is rotting condiments in the pantry. I can go on and on, we have may pictures supporting this. Not to mention I asked for an early check in and took the host a week to get back to me, also you cant control the thermostat, they control it remotely. perhaps the most disgusting think was the prior guests dirty laundry left in the dresser. How do I get a refund?
