DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have never rated below 5 stars.First, someone from the host team came into the home while we were not there to drop something off, without notice or asking us. This made us and our kids super uncomfortable. Then in the midst of a swim break a man entered the backyard, walking into the net of the pool to clean the pool without saying anything. We had no idea he was coming, which would be no big deal, if we were notified prior. He was stepping on all the pool toys and did not get the pool toys out of the pool before placing Chlorine in the pool, turning the pool toys a different color. We would have been happy to move everything if we knew he was coming, we had not idea. You can not park on a blade of grass or have your car blocking the sidewalk that is in the middle of the drive way, your car will get towed!! We were not made aware of this prior to coming and there is no information about this in the welcome book, in fact the towing company in the welcome book is the wrong towing company. Last and the most horrific, three days in y daughter had lice!! Thankfuly we caught it early but we spent two days of our trip cleaning her hair, ALL of the house linens and spraying for lice. While the sheets were cleaning we went to put new ones on the b3ed after spraying and the sheets we got from the closet were dirty, had stains on them! We had to door dash fresh bedding!!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The first night we stayed our vehicle was towed by the HOA. There is only room to park one vehicle and if you park in the middle is the driveway which blocks the sidewalk your vehicle will be towed. It’s a 250.00 fee to get it back from a shady tow company that way away from the property. The property management company can’t even tell you where your car is or how to get it back.Second morning we had cleaners show up demanding we get out of the property so they could clean.Third day we were blocked in by the neighbors vehicle and couldn’t get out due to lack of parking and the rules to tow. When we arrived the trash was still in the can out front.Stayed at 50plus VRBOs and this was by far the worst experience.

Communication was outstanding! When we got there the air conditioner stopped working we reached out and the host sent someone out ASAP! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the pool was great other than the light in pool was out but no big deal!!’ We did have one incident with our vehicle, the community has a tow company that patrols the driveways if you vehicle is blocking the sidewalk in anyway they will tow it with out notice, thank god my husband heard the alarm go off while the tow truck driver had it up and pulling it out he stopped him and had to pay 150.00 for him to drop it before taking it, we talked to the guy at the gate for the entrance & he said on each shift he has the tow company at least takes three away ! This has nothing to do with the host, I just want to let you know be careful so you don’t wake up with no vehicle!

Could be better

When we arrived the refrigerator was leaking water, en suite 2 the bathroom had to be cleaned. The twin room had things underneath the beds, and the bunk room carpet was stained with possibly juice. Behind the all of the beds the dust was built up like it hadn’t been cleaned for at least two months. In en suite 1 there was a bottle of window cleaner left so, we knew someone had been there. Have used used Vrbo for many years to rent homes in the Kissimmee area and unfortunately the owners have no idea that the management companies that care for the homes are not really doing the job that they need to do. When I walk into a home I have rented for a lot of money my expectations are that it be clean. Also the mattresses be a mattress and not memory foam. This review is not about the owners they have been very helpful.

Cleanliness and poor customer service

The community and property itself was nice, BUT it wasn’t cleaned well. You could tell that no one cleaned well after the previous guest left. There were crumbs on the table, chairs, and bar stools. One of the bedrooms had never been vacuumed. The sheets and pillow cases in one room you could clearly tell they hadn’t been washed due to stains on them. After reaching out to host to inform them so that it could be corrected, because I’m aware that as humans we make mistakes, they seemed bothered. They told me they didn’t have much time because they had a busy day. When they showed up they were rude saying “oh this isn’t dirty it’s just crumbs” When i pay for a place i expect it to be clean i don’t want to see remnants from the previous guest. If the guests say it isn’t clean don’t make excuses for why it’s that way or make it seem like we should be okay with that. The host needs to work on professionalism and customer service! They also need better cleaners that pay attention to detail. Other than that we enjoyed our vacation and didn’t allow their poor service to stop us from creating memories!
