This 9 bedroom villa is located at the Encore Club, about a 10 minute journey down the road to Walt Disney World!

Sleeping up to 19 people, This Luxury Vacation has bedrooms across both floors including 2 children's themed bedrooms!

The entertainment inside your vacation home is endless with an upper floor loft area and themed games room with a ping pong, foosball and air hockey table as well as a private swimming pool and spa right outside your patio doors where you can bask in the Florida sunshine and warm weather any time of the day!

***Note: Encore clubhouse and resort amenities are not available for guests

EXTRAS:

POOL HEAT: $50.00 per day (minimum 4 days) upon request.

Grill fee: to use the grill we charge $65 plus tax mandatory cleaning fee. We do not provide a full propane tank, it is the guest's responsibility. As a courtesy, we provide the propane tank to exchange.

The property is in a wonderful location. The interior is beautifully designed and spacious. There were several issues: several bathrooms had hair in the showers and sink area. Two of the toilets were not filling properly: one would fill sometimes and other times just run. The other would make a running noise every 1 1/2 minutes. One of the beds had hair on the sheets, pillow cases and mattress cover; we had to wash linen before going to bed. The upstairs furniture in the sitting area is filthy, stains everywhere. There were cobwebs in the kitchen and dirty dishes in the cabinets. The Chandler haven't been cleaned in a while and there was water leaking from a air vent in the dining area.

Nice house with a little help

The management contact was extremely accommodating and responsive. The cleanliness of the house was somewhat disappointing. With some upgrades (carpets, pots and pans, appliances, etc) the house would be better received.

Good stay

Good property. Great backyard. Nice rooms. Sandra is a great host. House could use some enhancements. Needs some more and better cooking materials. Garage where ping pong and foosball table were located was too hot to enjoy. Hot tub heat connected to pool heat so we couldn't enjoy a hot hot tub without a hot pool.

Spacious House, AC Not Great

The house was nice and spacious and easily accommodated the group of 12 adults that I traveled with. There was plenty of room, seating, etc. My only main complaint is that the house was not well air conditioned, which I did see several other guests comment on, as well. The temperature was very hot and was not able to be controlled manually, so that’s something to keep in mind if you were traveling in a particularly hot season.

Prepare to be uncomfortable

With record high temperatures across the county, imagine having the second-floor temperature registering 87 or 88 degrees at 8:30 at night. Our group dealt with this throughout our stay only to have two repair techs show up the day before we were to check out, go upstairs, acknowledge that it was hot, then go outside and never come back. The many fans throughout the upstairs area should have tipped us off. The internet went out and after several messages, we were instructed on how to reset it. Our planned work meeting was constantly interrupted with having to contact the property manager with issue after issue. We received a message that everything was repaired after we checked out. This was not helpful to us and the work that we went there to accomplish.

Solid House Overall

The house overall was great. Unfortunately the AC would only keep the house between 72-75 degrees which was very hot for summertime, and we had no control over that. It was a bit of a drive to some of the cool areas around Orlando, but overall a great house for a friends’ weekend! Plenty of bedrooms, a nice pool, and enough space for 10 of us.

Great property with so much space!

We ended up doing a trip with friends and the property was perfect for that. There were 13 of us - mostly couples and 5 singles and everyone got their own bedrooms. All but 3 bedrooms also had their own attached bathrooms so even with a big group there was privacy. Management was quick to respond when we reached out and super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

little disappointed

kitchen was not equipped with enough crockery as especially silver ware, glasses etc.( the capacity of the house is 19 so there should be atleast that many ) There are two dishwashers and we were going to stay for four days but still there was only one pod for the dishwaher. The swimming pool had algae. The management could not manage to get it cleaned even after messaging every day. So we could never use the pool. Hope the management consider refunding us some money as the property was not completely usable. Also we could not adjust the thermostate. it appears that the thermostate is controlled remotely by the management.

Beautiful house, great yard, good location!

House was spacious, clean and well maintained. We had 4 families and never felt crowded (8 adults and 9 kids ranging from 6-16yo). The management company was very responsive and great to work with. Pool and yard are awesome! Lots of seating outside. Kids loved that there was a volleyball net for the pool. Kitchen had lots of plates, bowls and cups but definitely did not have enough forks/spoons so we ended up buying plastic. Neighborhood is nice and the location is great! If we come back to this area, we would definitely book again! Wish this company was part of the waterpark/club membership, as it is practically in the backyard and the kids wanted to go (we knew at time of booking that it was not included). This would not prevent me from booking again, as we loved the house! Definitely one of the best VRBOs we have rented!

Eight guys. Beautiful house. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. House was very clean and equipped with everything that we needed. Definitely will try to stay here again on our next golf trip.

Great stay!

Stayed for a week in June 2022. We've stayed in this neighborhood before and love it! This property was very clean and we had plenty of room! Some items need attention (broken curtains, no sheets on some of the beds) but overall it was a very comfortable vacation. Close to Disney (we went 3 of the 7 days). Would definitely not mind staying at this house again!
