Located near Universal Estudios, Sea World and within walking distance from the Orange County Convention Center and International Drive. As a guest, you will have access to a private balcony overviewing a beautiful lake. There is a full kitchen, washer, dryer, super-fast WIFI internet service, and cable. Easy parking with an elevator. You will also have access to the resort-style clubhouse where you can find a beautiful pool, hot tub, gym, and also a kids pool

The view was great and the condo looked really nice when we arrived. The grocery store, coffee shop and resturants were all near by. The heated pool was nice and relaxing. We had a great stay and look forward in staying again.

A couple of items about the unit- we knocked down several mud dobber bee hives on the balcony- It would have been nice to have some type of table lamp in the bedroon with the bunk beds- only light was the celing light. Loved the new pool and bar- but the first day we were there-we were bringing in drinks- and were told no- but then there were a couple of days no one was there and people were bringing in all kinds of drinks. Overall, we loved it and this is our 2nd time staying in this unit- will be back

Great location! Amenities are very good. Clean and neat. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance! Able to walk to OCCC leisurely for 25 minutes or a hustle in 15. Our second time here! We will be back. Thank you!

Great location to Universal Parks and Sea World. Close enough to Disney Parks. Walking distance to Grocery stores and good restaurants. The host was a great communicator. Loved the pool, hot tub, bar, and fire pit area. The unit was equiped with everything we needed.

Great place to stay! Comfortable beds and perfect space for our family of 6 to stay for our theme park vacay! It has a beautiful view of a lake and is incredibly close to Epic Universe! Also, very close to ALL the other area theme parks as well. There is a Publix grocery store within walking distance too. We would stay here again.

Excellent location and stunning view from patio. Very quiet. Right across from swimming pool. Incredible location. With that said, furnishings may need to be replaced since they are beginning to show wear and tear. Most of the drawers in the dresser located in the bunk bedroom were not functional. Base of toilet bowl in master bathroom had a hairline crack, and icky caulk around it. It would have been helpful to have some kind of a notebook with instructions regarding garbage, TV, etc.

Unable to use drawers in this dresser and bunk bedroom…drawers would not close.
Hairline crack at bottom of toilet base. Also, how to jiggle handle after each flush so that flapper inside tank would close.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. The condo was clean and in a great location. We loved the view of the water and we were just a short walk from the pool. We had plans to go to Universal and loved being 10 mins away from the parks. Diego was a great host and responded to any messages quickly.

Great place to stay for family vacation

Very nice property with all the amenities that family needs. The location is perfect, as it is close to major parks and the airport. The check in process was as smooth as poasible and host was very nice providing all the information needed. The place was clean with comfortable beds and kitchen with necessary utensils and cookware. The property is also right next to publix making it easy to get access to groceries. Will definately stay here next time.

Diego was very responsive

Our stay was very nice. Would definitely consider staying again. A few things to keep in mind if you are staying for more than a few days. You may need to buy hand soap, garbage bags toilet paper and paper towels. The grocery store is conveniently nearby.

The property / condo was just as it was listed. It was clean, check-in was easy, and it had a nice variety of kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. I would highly recommend and stay again!

Cozy 3 bedroom unit
