If my wife and I could leave a one star rating, we would. The customer service was horrible and treatment my wife, kids, and I received was inhumane as the maintenance guy forced entry into our hotel room without even knocking on the door and didn’t even apologize. From the front desk customer service was nowhere to be found or seen especially with this invasion of privacy, not to mention my wife was not fully clothed. We were advised that follow up would be made and none has been made to this point after almost a full day checking out from the hotel.
