Had high expectations for this hotel given it was my first ever stay at a Hilton owned hotel. I arrived early in the am but upon arrival no one was at the front desk. I noticed two employees chatting & grabbing breakfast, eyeing me & continuing to ignore me. Not until well over 20-25 minutes that if it weren’t for me that stood up to grab a front desk manager card (because I was about to call someone , I really needed to rest) the employee came around to greet me annoyingly. I understand she was probably hungry at 6am but I to needed to be checked in as soon as possible because I was very jet lagged.
I was given a room on the second floor. I immediately set my stuff down but an hour later I woke up frightened because I taught someone had broken in. But no … there was construction right next door!!!!! I immediately called the front desk & a gentleman did accommodate me to the 6th floor & for that I was thankful.
But on my third night of my stay I noticed that down the hall of my 6th floor room there was construction going on several rooms down. What freaked me out is that I had ordered take out & when I went to open the door to see if my food had arrived, the same construction worker that had seen me earlier entering my room alone was now sitting by my door!!!!!!
I immediately said, “WHAT?” , closed the door, & called the front desk!!!!
The front desk gentleman said he would walk the floor & eventually the construction worked moved.
Never staying here again unfortunately.
