Awesome experience a few learning curves due to first Vrbo experience. Minor things like making sure to pickup laundry detergent, and minor consumables like trash bags, paper towels, and TP as there was a limited supply and not enough for the length of our stay. But great place comfortable rooms plenty to do. Will definitely be staying again!

Great stay and great host!

This property was excellent. 12 of us just stayed with children ranging from ages 7 to 18 and all were entertained! The games room was excellent and TVs galore for everyone. Having a private pool was great too though we loved going to the community pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Disney / universal trip

We had the best stay! Kim reached out to me immediately when I booked the property. She wanted to make sure I was fully informed about the house and the general resort property. She was so nice and always available. When we got there, the house was perfect, except the smoke alarms were chirping. I called her to let her know and she immediately sent someone over to fix the problem. We had the pool heated for $35 a day and the temperature was perfect. In addition, we visited the large resort pool, which was also heated and had a bar and grill that you could order from while you’re laying out by the pool and swimming the food at the resort was excellent and affordable. The people at the resort was so nice and they had a lot of activities for kids. They have a tennis court volleyball court and a big slide that goes into the pool. As for the house, all the beds were super comfortable, and the kids loved the minions room. The minions room with the bunkbeds are actually four full bunkbeds, not twin size, so the kids had lots of room. It was easy to check in and out of the resort and the house. We rented cars and drove to the parks each day. The drive was anywhere between 20 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. I would definitely stay at this house again and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in a wonderful home. There is definitely something for everyone. This was a special holiday for my daughters 40th birthday and my grandsons, all of whom have a degree of autism and other disability issues. They didn't know what to do first! If we ever have the opportunity to go back we would definitely book with Kim and Rob again. They were fantastic hosts, keeping in touch, checking that everything was ok. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again, Kim and Rob.

Relaxing getaway

Everything about this place, including the owner, is incredible. I slept so good in this house! It's relaxing, quiet, comfortable, and the clubhouse is right across the street which is nice because you just walk a few steps and you can enjoy music, food and drinks! Would highly recommend and I plan on staying there again. Kim, the property owner, is excellent! Thank you for the wonderful stay ❤️

Absolutely Gorgeous Getaway

This is my 2nd time booking a place thru Vrbo. I have to say Kim is the best host. My family of 9 drove from NJ/NY to Florida. She not only contacted me in advance but also made sure we were able to get into the house. The house is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so comfy especially after driving 20hrs. It was quiet and peaceful. Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Definitely booking again when we come down next time. ❤️🌹

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and to be together. Very convenient to clubhouse just have to cross a main street in the development.

Entertainment for all ages

We spent a long weekend at this property with two families including 6 kids. The resort and home amenities kept us so entertained that we only left the property once. Kim was very communicative both before and during our stay. We would absolutely stay again if we went to Orlando.

Super fun house!

We wish we could have stayed longer! We came to Florida to visit the theme parks… adults and teenagers. There were 8 of us. 2 couples and 4 teens. Everyone had their own room with plenty of space and privacy. The garage/game room was a big hit. Everyone had fun in the pool. We spent one day at the resort clubhouse… grateful for a gym and the kids froze in the lazy river. So it was nice to come back to the heated pool at the house. We spent most of our time in the family room, played games and watching movies. It was nice to rest and relax after busy park days. Our host, Kim, was super gracious. Called me right after I booked the property, again before the visit and then checked on us throughout the stay. 10/10 would go again!

Highly recommended. This house was exactly what we we’re looking for.

After our original rental cancelled at the last minute we found this property and inquired about its availability. What a blessing. Kim the property owner immediately got back to me and made what could have been a stressful time so seamless. We arrived late at night and Kim still greeted us virtually to ensure we got into the house ok. We were great with a bottle of wine and snacks. The house was extremely clean and beautiful. The house set up was perfect for us with two families of 4 and and two grandparents. Kim continually checked in with us through text and offered up suggestions we may like in the area, her hospitality was lovely and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here, dealing directly to the super nice property owners was much more appealing than dealing with property managers who are often hard to get a hold of. Thank you Kim and Rob for everything

Delighted in Davenport, Fla.

What a great location, close enough to Orlando but without the noise ! The house is so roomie with an interior designers touch, plus a magical "Star Wars" game room .. pool table, bumper pool , air hockey ,foos ball all just enough playtime for our family while away from Disney's parks ! There's even a separate card room for those whom love to play cards, scrabble, monopoly..you name it ! I especially loved their lanai with the heated pool , just the right temp too ! Plus literally across their street , in this private community, is a club house with a cafe, order your wraps, burgers , soda, cocktails and grab a table ! But then the best is the amazing pool, waterslide, lazy river and changing /restrooms. Honestly, I preferred this kinda stay over any hotel ! Its was like a resort without the resort prices !!
