I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the front desk staff, Ms. Virginia and Ms. Neha.
I attended a trade show at the Orange County Convention Center and stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham on April 20 and 21. After checking out on April 22, I did not realize until I returned home to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, that I had left two of my Polo T‑shirts behind in Room #119.
As soon as I discovered this, I called the front desk at Days Inn. Ms. Virginia answered the call and immediately checked with housekeeping, confirming that the two T‑shirts had been found. When I asked how I could retrieve them, she advised that I could schedule a UPS pickup. Because the UPS pickup cost was quite high, I instead sent a prepaid, self‑addressed USPS Priority Mail envelope.
After mailing the envelope, I called the front desk daily to follow up on its arrival. When Ms. Virginia was working the late shift, Ms. Neha kindly assisted me during my calls.
I would like to especially commend both Ms. Virginia and Ms. Neha for treating this matter with great care and responsibility, as if it were their own personal loss. Their genuine concern and excellent customer service truly made me feel at home during my stay at Days Inn.
