The code was wrong when we got there. No amenities, soap, coffee, laundry detergent ect.. house was ok no issues. Juse very basic.

The house is great, large and comfortable.It's located between Disney and Universal parks. There's a Walmart, Ross, and Marshalls very close by.Excellent condominium.However, it doesn't have 3 full bathrooms as the ad states.There are two full bathrooms and one powder room.

This has been one of the worst stays I have ever experienced, and although I rarely leave negative reviews, this one is necessary. Upon arrival, the entry code provided was incorrect, and it was extremely difficult to get in contact with the host.Within just 30 minutes of being inside, it became clear that the property was in unacceptable condition. Several blinds were missing, three of the dining chairs was broken, and the pool was dirty with bugs. The pool cleaning equipment was also broken. The refrigerator was in poor condition, with both the ice and water dispensers nonfunctional. Only two very cheap trash bags were provided, so additional supplies had to be purchased with our funds.The furniture was filthy, stained, and noticeably worn out. The game area in the garage was unusable the pool table was dirty and unstable, the basketball game was broken with flat balls, and the hockey table was both dirty and damaged.The upstairs area was uncomfortably hot and did not cool down until late at night. In addition, the walls throughout the home were dirty especially the kitchen, further contributing to the overall lack of cleanliness. I do not know why the cleaning fee is included.The property feels misleading and overpriced for its condition. It appears to be falsely advertised and should be investigated. It is extremely disappointing to have wasted money, especially during Thanksgiving week. I hope future guests leave honest reviews so others do not experience what I

The house is a good size house for a family with children . Kitchen is nice and clean, bedroom in the first floor is nice and big, shower in the first floor is a full bathroom. Second floor the rooms are nice size, and bathroom has a tube. But the second floor was very warm took a lot of time to cool off. We had a leak on the second floor bathroom, but it was fixed. Some blinds are missing in the front windows of the house looks very ghetto.The outside of the house really needs some TLC. It looks very neglected not like the pictures in the website. Location is closed to the main road 192 and also near Publix, and fast food restaurants and coffe shops.

House is definitely beautiful, neighborhood is very clean and quiet. It’s a gated community, which is great. This property has more then what’s listed.. There is remote controlled fans and lights throughout the property, inside and outside. A gaming room inside the garage. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a trundle bed under queen size bed. Making a total of 5 beds upstairs. Has a fenced in yard, so it’s great if you bring a pet. Host answered messages in a timely manner also. Only one bad thing…. Automatic ice maker does make ice, but doesn’t come out of dispenser. So u can manually take out and store in freezer. And water dispenser doesn’t work. But all in all my family’s stay at this property for 10 days was great !!! And I would definitely pick this property again. The price was great also !!!!

Big house

This is a big house perfect for a big family. Had a few issues but a repair team was quickly sent over to repair. Some creature comforts were missing such as cushions for pool furniture and some small appliances. The neighbors have many cars that they park along the roadside which you have to be cautious of when backing up all in all a good place to stay the house just needs a little TLC

Yes, great property. Would stay again.

We stayed at the property from Feb 26 to Mar 2nd, 2025.The house is exactly like in the pictures. It is very clean; we did do our own clean, but that’s just us. Bedrooms are a large and beds are very comfortable.The house is in a beautiful and peaceful gated community. There is a convenience store right around the corner you can walk to. Strips malls and grocery shopping are a few minutes’ drive away.If you are travelling with a large group, bring/buy some extra toilet paper and paper towels as no extras are provided. I believe I mentioned to the owner to get some tea towels and hand towels for the kitchen and bathroom. Bath towels are provided but no face cloths. There is hand soap, dish soap and dishwasher soap. No bath soaps or laundry detergent. Washer and dryer work fine. I think the dishwasher might need some servicing as it took us a bit to get it going. After the first big wash, we just washed everything by hand. Lots of dishes, cups, cutlery and small appliances. I did mention to the owner to get some mixing bowls. There is a pool. It was a bit cool for us to use this time of year. If we wanted to have the heater on, there is an additional cost; I believe 50.00 per day.The owner responds back to you within 10-15mins or quicker. We did have issues with the lock code when we first arrived and their response was quick.Overall, yes would stay again. 8.5/10

Spacious, Clean, Needs a few things

This house looked exactly like the pictures show on the inside. It was spacious and can easily sleep 8 people. The front of the house was not manicured so it was a little off-putting to pull up to. The neighborhood houses are very close. If we had not had the driveway, we would have had no where to park. Thankfully no one blocked the driveway. The door code was not updated when we got there so we had to call the owner to fix it. That took only a couple of minutes to fix. There were no check out instructions so I wasn't real sure what we needed to do when we left. The only thing the house did not have that we needed was a can opener. Other than that, the house was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and silverware. As mentioned earlier, the inside of the house was very clean and ready for us when we arrived.
