This beautiful renovated home is close to most of Orlando favorite attractions. You will be located in the historical District of Downtown Kissimmee! You will enjoy a private pool. The pool and jacuzzi are enclosed. Please don't forget to relax on the hammock, great for napping or enjoying your morning coffee. There is a pool table available.This is a convenient 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home located downtown, with easy access to shopping centers, Disney World, Universal Studios, and much more! Only a few minutes walk away from Kissimmee Lakefront Park. You can go for a bike ride and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Disney parks are only an 8-mile drive away. Magic Kingdom Park is 14 miles away. Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is an 11-mile drive away, and also loop is 3 min drive away. This home is perfect, it is right at the center of downtown Kissimmee FL. Plenty of restaurants and night spots to dance and enjoy good music at walking distance.

Massiel was a great host and had great communication. We were greeted with music and a nice welcoming sign. the house was stocked nicely and clean. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was great. It was in a historic district of town. Close to everything we were there for. This place would be great for a family visiting Disney.

Great house in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and downtown area. Lots of things for the kids to do at the house and the pool was great. The pictures are accurate and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home close to Orlando attractions

Home is well appointed. Even has a crib and high chair for those with young children. Keurig coffee maker in well-stocked kitchen was a nice surprise. Pool and hot tub were a hit with the Grandsons.Wife and I played pool on the pool table in the game room, which we hadn't done in years. Bluetooth speaker in game room was great for playing music. Large smart tv in family room, along with nice sectional sofa. TV and sofa in fourth bedroom were a hit with the grandsons for watching shows. Grands loved the full-sized bunk beds, and our son appreciated the option of the two beds in the second bedroom.Air was cold in the master, which my wife appreciated. King size bed was very comfortable.Area seems "up and coming", and was within walking distance of downtown Kissimmee's restaurants and coffee shops.Easy drive to Disney, Seaworld, Legoland, etc. while avoiding tolls.Would definitely stay here again.Host Massiel was immediately responsive to any questions.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved spending the day lounging poolside—such a peaceful and private space. In the evening, we easily hopped over to Disney World, which made the day feel like the perfect balance of relaxation and fun.The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. It was also perfect for our dog—plenty of space for him to feel comfortable and at home, which made our trip even better.Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again!

We enjoyed our long weekend at the house. The house had plenty of room and was comfortable for us and our dogs. The pool was the perfect place to relax during hot afternoons. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect downtown paradise

We had a wonderful time at Massiel’s home. She was very attentive and helpful with all our questions. The house is perfect! A lot bigger than what I thought from the pictures, the pool is refreshing, the kitchen has all you might need. We were with an under 2 year old, we found a cute crib ready for us, high chair, floaties.. everything you could need. The house is walking distance to restaurants, to parks, the lake, playgrounds and really good coffee places too!I wish our stay was longer lol! It was our first time in Orlando, if we come back I know where to go.Thank you!

Fun, Cozy and Clean

We had a very beautiful romantic time, it was very clean and accommodating. Very good in size and had good things to offer such as bicycles to ride, swimming pool, pool table inside, TVs throughout and a nice big one in the front room w/ great sound and color sound and color. The host Massiel was wonderful, sweet, and very helpful and accommodating. We couldn't ask for a better trip. Thank you so much

Close to Disney

Spent two nights at this well maintained, roomy house. Enjoyed playing pool and watching tv after a day at the park. Host very kind and receptive. Short ride to airport too which was a plus. Would highly recommend.

Spacious, comfortable, ample towels, and dishes, great location easy to find and felt safe. About 30 drive from attractions. Nearby shopping and restaurants. Pool needed attention, skimmer and heater not working. Host was quick to address any other issues we had and easy to to communicate with.

Weekend cheer comp

We were in Kissimmee for a cheerleading competition at the Silver Spurs arena. It was two families staying the the house and we had more the enough room for everyone! Home was clean and well stocked.. Massiel was more the accommodating and even offered us a later check out time if our cheerleaders performed later in the afternoon on Sunday. I really appreciate the prompt responses and availability! Unfortunately it was freezing this January weekend so we didn’t get to use the outside area but we sure enjoyed the pool table inside! Thank you for a great stay!

Great place

Good location in downtown Kissimmee. Walked to restaurants and bars. Stayed there for the Mecum show and was easy to get there and enjoy Kissimmee at night. Rooms were as shown and overall great stay for the price.
