Tucked away in it's own community right in the middle of Kissimmee, this home is the perfect place after a day at the parks. Right outside is the I-192 with loads of attractions and restaurants. If you want a slow day you can also check out the community amenities that has it's own gym, lazy river, pool, and water slides without going outside the community!

Unfortunately, this was a horrible experience. The bedroom with three beds had bedbugs, and my son and nephew now have bites all over their bodies. This created a very uncomfortable and concerning situation for us.The host was unresponsive. I messaged Friday about check-in and received no reply, and I also asked for checkout instructions with no response.The property did not match the online listing. I would strongly encourage future guests to be cautious.

We have stayed in a VRBO numerous times and this was the most poorly maintained one ever! First of all, we asked two questions and the host never responded! My husband spent an hour fixing the ice machine with a knife and a blow dryer, he fixed numerous blinds, bought lightbulbs and replaced tons of missing bulbs. He also had to go buy batteries for all the remote controls. The pool was not filled up to the skimmer so our first day we had to put water in the pool until that night. There was a picture hanging askew on the wall. My husband tried to fix that, but could not! Wallpaper was torn, freezer handle was broken, lights hanging from ceiling, 2 stair pickets were broken! I honestly feel like I cannot even name all of it. It really needs to be taken down to have a maintenance person go through and then put it back on for rental.

The house was spacious and in a great location, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the property needs significant repairs. There was peeling wallpaper in two rooms, burned carpet, and broken blinds that were partially covered with toilet paper. The bathroom vent appeared to be about to fall, and the stair railing was broken, creating a safety concern. Additionally, we never received an access code to enter the property, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. With proper maintenance and repairs, this place could be much better, but as it stands, it fell short of expectations.

The host was inattentive. The property was poorly maintained and unclean. The freezer was missing the handle. The wall molding was missing in areas. The wall paper was ripped and peeled in areas. The hot tub did not work. The pool was ice cold. The ceiling fans were rhick with dust. Trash was under the beds and wooded furniture. Most importantly security safety concern was the sliding doors to the pool did were not able to lock.

Host did communicate until the end. The house is nice for a large family. Centrally located is a plus. The house needs attention and upkeep. On the last day my granddaughter had to be taken to the urgent care for bites which resulted in bed bugs.

This is the worst VRBO I have ever experienced. I had to reach out to get the code for the door for check-in. Then when we arrived the house was clearly damaged and unkept. The floors were dirty and sticky. THE POOL HEATER DOES NOT WORK. The door lock went dead during our stay and i reached out but the lock was never fixed. Remote to TV downstairs was damaged and had dead batteries. The upstairs doesn't have remotes. The game room does not have any games. It took hours to days to get a response from the host. I would not reccommend this location to anyone.

We arrived on Oct 3 and found the property in unacceptable condition. The house had trash and broken glass throughout, appeared uncleaned, and the air conditioning was not functioning. The host did not respond to multiple messages, and we had to leave immediately. This property was not as advertised and was uninhabitable at check-in.

Overall. It was a great experience. My family use to stay in this house before and was good. The QR codes stop half way working during the stay. We tried to ask to pay for the heating for the pool and jacuzzi the day we arrived but there was no communication on getting it done. Everything was clean when we arrived.

Walls of the home were dirty. There were also Holes in the carpet. Carpet had a mild odor. The wall paper of the wall was peeling. The home had no WiFi meaning that not only were our phones not working efficiently. Also we couldn’t work any of the TVS as they moved off WiFi. We made serval attempts to contact the host to rectify and he refused to respond. The fridge doesn’t get cold. I put serval beverages in both the fridge and freezer and nothing got cool. They had no wash clothes in the bathrooms and no hand soap. The gate code we were given didn’t work also.

The light fixtures were hanging from ceiling in multiple rooms. The wall papers tore and hanging from walls. There was a chunk of carpet missing from bedroom floor. The blinds broke in master bathroom to the pool. Unable to use it. They left 1 towel per bedroom for a 4 night stay. Molding coming apart from wall. The rails broke on the stair case... The wifi didn't work... tvs didnt work.. some didnt even have cables. The games in game room only 1 worked. Hot tub didnt work. Knob for it is broken off. Curtain rod to pool door kept falling down. There was a frog in the house. The front door has clearly been broken before. It is easy to pull open if not locked. The owner promised a tech was coming friday for the wifi but noone came. I doubt he even really called. He ignored my messages about all the broken stuff. I do NOT recommend him or his listings. He honestly should refund us. It costed me 2 days from working my job because of the wifi issues.

First I never got the QR code that the guy at the gate said the host was supposed to send to my email I never got the propert had no WiFi the washcloths were dingy and the property is not like the pictures of j the website the host was ignoring my calls no communication I have plenty of pictures and videos from checking in to checking out and T was them most horrible stay ever I had my autistic grand kids and couldn’t watch tv to entertain them etc

The cleanliness of the property was below expectations. I would rate it 2 out of 5. The BBQ had cigarette pieces, the bathroom door curtain was broken, and the jacuzzi was not working. Both the jacuzzi and the pool looked yellow, which made them appear very dirty. The refrigerator was also missing its handle, which made it hard to open. Otherwise it was ok.

Amongst other concerns, my granddaughter got bit by bedbugs. Her arms and hands are covered with bites. She slept in one of the beds in the room with three beds in it. Also, fixtures are falling out of the ceiling, the wall paper is falling apart, there was a patch missing in the carpet in one of the rooms, the walls were filthy, there wasn’t enough towels, there was only two wash clothes, the handle is missing off the freezer door, there was no dish towels for the kitchen, the backs were missing off most of the remotes, the smoke detectors were pulled down and dangling. If you’re renting this property, make sure to bring EVERYTHING you need including, towels, wash clothes, tissue (only one roll per bathroom), paper towels, trash bags. They had very little cooking pots and pans. The owner really need to look into these complaints. I tried calling Jason and left a message but have not gotten a return call. The communication was not good. I didn’t get the code for the door until around 1:00 the day of. I didn’t get the gate code until after the arrival.

No Communication!!

Definitely do not recommend! First off the host to this day still has not responded to one message I’ve sent all week and I have already left and checked out. Then the ac barely works, house is filthy and marks everywhere on the walls. Wallpaper ripping, stains and burn marks on the carpet. Stove top is burnt. Ceiling leaking!! Jacuzzi does not work and neither does the pool light. A lot of the furniture is damaged. And none of the TVs other than the living room and main bedroom were usable as none of them had working remotes. Overall the house was bad. The only positives: beds were comfortable, neighborhood was lively than others I’ve stayed at in storey lake and the pool was surprisingly clean for how the rest of the house was.

The house needs many repairs!! The doors didn;t lock that led to the outside patio, lights hanging down in the shower, no handle on the freezer door, the dryer sounded like it was going to explode. Overall, the curtains were really dirty, and many items were broken.

Safety and Cleanliness Concerns

Subject: Urgent: Immediate Attention Required – Safety and Cleanliness ConcernsI hope this message finds you well. I am currently staying at your rental property and I need to report several urgent concerns that are seriously impacting the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of our stay:1. One of the three beds in the bedroom is completely broken and unusable. (High priority)2. All doors leading to the pool area are broken, creating a major safety hazard.(high priority)3. The hot tub is not operational—the control buttons do not function.4. A glass door is being held together with masking tape, which is extremely unsafe.5. There are five TVs on the property, but none have remote controls.6. There is an inadequate supply of linens—there are not enough towels for each room.7. The freezer door handle is missing.8. Most concerning, there is what appears to be dried vomit on the wall and on some of the linens—this is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.I respectfully request that these issues be addressed immediately, particularly those posing health and safety risks. Please let me know what steps will be taken and the expected timeline for resolution.Never heard back from the property manager.Third night we were there 1 o’clock in the morning police officers, looking for thieves in the neighborhood on edge all night since the back doors would not lock.
