I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this property. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, there was a persistent odor of smoke and mildew throughout the room. As someone with asthma and allergies, this created a very uncomfortable and unhealthy environment.
The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floors, walls, and surfaces were visibly dirty and covered in dust. My fiancé, who has a severe nut allergy, even found an almond on the floor beside the bed, which is a serious health hazard and reflects a complete lack of proper cleaning protocols.
Additionally, there were no basic amenities provided—no soap, shampoo, or conditioner. The towels that were available were stained with brown spots, which is both unhygienic and unprofessional. The only items present were a wobbly mini fridge, visibly dirty towels, stained walls, dusty surfaces, and a partially used bottle of mouthwash, which is entirely inappropriate.
To make matters worse, there was no staff available on-site to address our concerns during our stay. This lack of support only added to an already frustrating experience.
Overall, this property is highly unprofessional and grossly overpriced for the quality provided. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to book here. I am requesting a full refund, as the conditions were unacceptable and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality.
