This beautiful, clean, comfortable, and elegantly decorated condominium will surely steal your heart! It is the perfect get away for any occasion!! Fabulously remodeled 3 bedroom condo boasts 2 upscale luxurious full baths, a gorgeous gourmet kitchen and a private covered outdoor balcony. It is situated on the second floor of the Isles at Vista Cay Resort's main area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances and new granite counter top. The master has one king size bed with adjoining master bathroom. The second bedroom is spacious and has one Queen size bed. The third bedroom is lovely and has two full size beds. Plenty of room to comfortable sleep 6-8 people. The home is professionally decorated and offers a 70' flat screen HD TV in the living room. Each bedroom has its own HD TV as well. Rental includes Wifi, FREE INTERNET AND HBO. Enjoy a complete and separate laundry area with full size washer/dryer. Fresh, clean and sanitized linens, towels, cookware and utensils are all included.

The property is located in Central Florida at the Vista Cay Resort. Excellent apartment in a fantastic location. The property is right next to a great shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store, and it’s within easy driving distance of all the main Orlando attractions. The heated pool and other amenities at Vista Cay were perfect for relaxing during the day. Cathy was a wonderful host, with clear and timely communication throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

Could be a really great unit just needs a little TLC. Barh mats in both bathrooms were visibly dirty. Kitchen cabinets need some attention, stick when you open them, a few door fronts loose or falling off. Dishes were very “tired” and may be time to replace. Bar in master shower door was missing exposing sharp metal edges. All in all it was “fine” but I would not advertise this as “newly renovated “

Awesome location if you’re going to Disney. It took us 10 minutes to get to each park. The condo was very clean. The host was very nice and checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything was ok. The beds were also very comfortable.

The location of the condo was perfect for our stay. It is right next to a great shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store. Cathy was a great host and very communicative during our stay. The condo does get a bit loud on the weekends but was manageable. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work but wasn't a problem because we got ice from the grocery store. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay in Cathy’s condo, and would stay again. It is in a great location - close to the convention center, Universal, restaurants; walking distance to grocery store. Furniture, decor and linens are well-kept. Kitchen is stocked with the basics though we didn’t do much cooking. It’s nice to have a full-sized fridge as well as a washer/dryer. There is ample parking. Cathy was readily available by phone for any questions or concerns. Thanks so much!

Very nice place to stay!!

The listing was very accurate. The condo looked just like the photos. We were very pleased. It was a very comfortable and safe place to stay! Convenient to the parks and it was easy to grab anything we needed from the little shopping center next door.

Universal Getaway

My favorite and I were traveling to Orlando to visit the grand opening of Epic Universe. This condo couldn't have been more convenient at 6 minutes to the parking lot.The property is just as described. It is plenty big enough for 6 people. Very clean! Cathy is a wonderful host. She confirmed we had everything we needed to easily check in and she even checked on us a couple of times during our stay. We absolutely would stay again and would recommend this property to friends and family.

Perfect Location

We just returned from a wonderful stay in Orlando. This condo was perfect for our family. There’s plenty of space and everything was so nice and clean. It was great that everyone had their own space to relax after our long days at the parks. This location was very close to Universal. We could hear the fireworks from Epic in the evening. Cathy is always quick to reply and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay here and returned with so many special memories.

Excellent property and wonderful host!

My family and I so enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions that we had before and during our stay. The property is conveniently located- can walk to grocery store, coffee, restaurants and just a quick and easy drive to International drive and Universal. The condo itself was beautiful and we all felt very comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Great Condo

We stayed here for a cheer comp and the location was perfect for getting to our venue. We loved the pool during our free time as well. The property was very clean and easy to access. My only suggestion would be for there to be more silverware, specifically spoons. We had four people staying in the condo and we were hand washing them daily so we would have enough for breakfast/snacks. We were overall very happy with our stay and would rent this space again.

Great for quick get away!

We were able to stay here for a long weekend. Just as pictured with everything we needed! Cathy was readily available and very kind! Beds were super comfy! Location is great to nearby attractions definitely recommend and will stay again!

Perfect Location and Fantastic Host

I can't say enough good things about the host for this property. She was very accommodating and easy to get a hold. Property is in the perfect location of short distances to and from the airport and all the parks; there is even a Publix within walking distance. We also had access to a heated pool and a bar. I highly recommend this property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
