We welcome You to our BRAND NEW beautiful & cozy 5 bed / 5.5 bath with
Private Pool home with all the amenities necessary for
your family and friends to spend a precious and memorable vacation in
Orlando.

House is BRAND NEW and built inside the BRAND-NEW Windsor Island
Resort.

This home is the perfect spot to relax or extend your fun after a full
day theme park visits, golfing, or shopping trip. Just kick back and
enjoy your own private oasis!

The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you
are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals for the
whole crew.

1st Floor living room is beautifully decorated and features a 60 inch
Smart TV with Cable.

You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool and lanai
and show everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in your
gas BBQ grill (optional service / add-on).

Half Bathroom downstairs with access to pool area + living room & kitchen.

On the second floor you will find a Loft for the whole family to hang
out, catch a game or just enjoy a movie and chill! 2nd Floor Loft
features a 60-inch Smart Tv with Cable.

The house also has 3 workstations available. 1 located in downstairs Master suite and the other 2 located upstairs (1 in loft and one inside one in upstairs Master suite with monitor available).

Located in Davenport, about 10 miles from Disney Park complex connecting to all Disney Parks from there
(According to Apple Maps) and with easy access to all Orlando area
attractions, restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses!

**ALL 5 bedrooms have their own private bathroom and feature a Smart TV.
(NO Cable available in bedrooms). Cable is available on downstairs Living room TV and Upstairs Loft TV.**

The property has central air conditioning and heating throughout, free
Wifi and, cable TV (Downstairs Living room and upstairs Loft only.
Bedrooms feature smart TVs ? no cable). There is a laundry room,
washer, and dryer with ironing facilities. Suites
are equipped with hair dryers. A pack and play/travel cot and a
highchair can be provided upon request (please inquire at least 48
hours in advance ? no charge for 1st set). In front of the property is
a driveway for parking besides additional parking adjacent to house, inside
gated community.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the
rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and
inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels
will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your
stay can be requested for an additional fee / subject availability.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the
unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1
dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small
bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies
will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any
additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every
day of the week. Enclose the garbage in 13 gallon trash bags and place the trash
bags inside the trash receptacles outside the front of house.

RESORT ACCESS: All Guests must provide full names for all adults (Under
18 in case they are driving) in the group to gain access to the Resort
/ Home. This is a Resort requirement and names to be inserted in the
Airbnb chat with Host.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad.
Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (number of
individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation
terminated immediately and incur in an additional charge of $100 / day
per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.

CAMERA DISCLAIMER: Home is equipped with surveillance equipment that
captures and records OUTDOOR ONLY audio + video footage. There are NO
surveillance devices inside home or in pool / lanai areas.

PARKING: There is no garage parking available. Driveway parking
available. Ample parking adjacent to house, inside gated community.

Check in: 4 pm.

Check out: 10 am.

Guest access:

Electronic Keypad for Guest self check in.

Entire house is available for Guest use.
