    The Space:

    Our three-bedroom townhomes at Vista Cay Orlando are designed to feel just like home. With fully-equipped kitchens and generous space, you'll have a cozy, comfortable base for your Orlando adventures. We've thought of everything for your convenience:



    - First Floor: A spacious bedroom with its own private bathroom.

    - Second Floor: The main living area, kitchen, and a convenient half bathroom.

    - Third Floor: Two additional suites, each with its own private bathroom.



    It's truly like having your own house, making for a fun and easy stay!



    Guest Access:

    For your security and convenience, you will use two unique codes during your stay: the gate code gets you into the resort community, and your personal door code unlocks the house.

Great place to stay during a park visit. Everything is nearby including restaurants and night life. Rooms are separated by a lot of stairs so it can be tiresome after an all day marathon walk. Place is cozy. It does lack the touch of a comfortable hotel.

This property is in a great location. A pharmacy, food & gas places all within walking distance right outside of the resort gates. Most attractions were only a 10-25 minute drive away. The club house had a very nice pool area with a splash/side area for children. I would definitely stay here with my family again.

For us, it was very centrally located. We were in town for an event at the Orange County Convention Center and it was very easy to get there and back. Shops and restaurants were also easy to find in the area. The pool area was great, we loved spending down time hanging out by the pool. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.

My wife and I were looking for an extended weekend getaway it was perfect. It's near everything you need shopping, food and entertainment or just relaxation. The owner of the property communicated clearly every detail address any concerns I had on the day of my trip. It was truly and awesome getaway for couples or families.

The host was very welcoming and the communication for the stay was outstanding. From the welcome email to the check out email, we knew everything to expect.

The place was fine, just a little messy. Food splatters on wall near trash can, some broken items like screen sitting in tv room, broken mirror in upstairs master. Older furniture but it was fine. I have stayed in 3 places a year for 4 years now. This one is mid to lower.

Some maintenance needs to be done. Walls cleaned, mirrors and screens put back up where have fallen down, etc. Floors and stairs are crazy creaky which makes staying downstairs difficult if anyone is up. Appliances under stocked. No can opener, wine opener, no decent pans. Fairly clean and good location. You get what you pay for. Property manager very responsive.

Place seemed a little beat up from the last guests, toilet and bathroom sink was clogged and blinds were completely tangled up and broken. The host responded immediately and had someone over in 15 mins though. Toilet and sink was fixed right away. Great location, plenty of space, quiet, and amazing value in price and location in comparison to parks and restaurants. WiFi was good and reliable. Would definitely stay here again!!

Yes,While the location is very good here are some suggestions I would make for future guests: 1. There should be at least two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. 2.There were several places in our rooms that appear to have not been thoroughly vacuumed (human hair in the bathroom and several other places visible in bedrooms-beside the beds, along the walls, & etc. ). 3. Water temperature control in the bedroom/bathroom with the queen and single bed does not function properly (my wife and I spent the first two days getting only warm water because we had not figured out that the controls did not accurately align with the temperature we desired). 4. The bedspread on the queen bed in this room has a very noticeable stain and the additional bedspread for the twin bed had a very foul smell and the extra linens where just rolled up and thrown in the closet. Not a big deal just looks sloppy. 5. In this same room the bedframes were very loose when we laid on the bed- they likely just need some tightening and there was an electrical outlet in the corner that does not have a cover-this could be dangerous for small children. 6. The rug in the Master suite on the third floor was torn when we arrived...not a big deal but might be off putting for other guests. 7. Lastly, the furnace is very loud when running on the main floor and could perhaps require a more insulated door or walls surrounding it. All in all this was a fair value for our money.

AC was not working when we arrived. Host was responsive to initiate AC repair. Overall condition of unit was subpar. We have stayed in Vista Cay about 15 times in the last 10-15 years and the functional condition of this unit was easily the worst. Dishwasher top rack track was broken and dishwasher drainage backed up the sink. Garbage disposal not working. One hairdryer for three bedrooms and the hairdryer was an unmounted wall unit which was awkward to use. Upstairs bathroom sink didn't drain well. No clubhouse/pool entry badges on lanyards for easy use like all other Vista Cay units we have stayed at. Host stated to just go to clubhouse and give unit address to gain access, but clubhouse attendants said repeatedly that this is not proper. Bedding was quite worn as well.
