When checking in at 4:15 pm guest services couldn’t locate our reservation. We showed them the booking ID and confirmation emails. He asked us several questions to finally say our room wasn’t ready but he upgraded us due to the inconvenience. We were able to get room access after 6 pm. The carpet was damp from being cleaned. It was an ADA accessible room-nobody in our party required this. The following morning the carpet reeked of urine once dry.
