    We rent villa 'Casa Don Camillo', a spacious holiday home for 8 persons with private pool, located in the urbanization Playa Flamenca in Orihuela on the Costa Blanca.
    This holiday home is the perfect location for your relaxing holiday. It is easily accessible from the airports of Murcia or Alicante.
    Villa 'Casa Don Camillo' is the ideal base for all water sports, golf and for beautiful nature walks to make!

    On the ground floor of this villa there is a comfortable kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, microwave, ...), 4 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms with bath and shower, a spacious living room with direct access to the pool, sun terrace and closed parking for 2 to 3 cars.

    Behind the house, there is a boules court and a spacious garden surrounded by plants and palm trees that stay in the shade for a large part of the day.
    Villa 'Casa Don Camillo' has Free Wi-Fi, TV Flanders, air conditioning (cold and hot), and a gas stove. The holiday home is therefore also suitable to overwinter on the Blessed Costa Blanca.

Such a well located villa, close to the beach and all needed shops yet on a quiet street with nearly no traffic. We loved our stay.

Myself and three friends had a lovely stay at this villa. Lovely quiet location, very near the beach and a few bars and restaurants. Twenty minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard. Five minutes walk to Mercadona supermarket. The shopping trolley in the garage was most useful. There is a nice terrace area where we spent most evenings. Pool was lovely with nice steps into it, I would imagine it would be a bit crowded round the pool with more than 4 adults. I don't think that all of the outdoor furniture is really necessary. Two big fridges in the kitchen were a bonus. Petula met us at the property with they keys, which was nice. Just be aware it is listed on VRBO as property number 7 but it is actually number 9. The neighbour must be getting very annoyed at being disturbed each time people arrive. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

Very comfortable villa. Pool area was great but some of the outdoor furniture needs replacing. More mirrors needed in the bedrooms. Very clean and great location

I want to start by saying the outdoor aspect of this villa is excellent. The pool is large, well kept and the best part of this stay along with the outdoor villa veranda that offers shade and an excellent social space for 8 people to drink and dine etc. The location to the sea is good - a 5 minute walk. The hosts also kindly offered an extended check out at the end of the stay as we had late flights (charge of 25 Euros), this was very much appreciated. I do however have various reservations to point out to anyone looking to book and for the hosts to note. The indoor space needs upgrading. The sofas are old, the cushions were marked. The bedrooms are very basic. The wardrobe did not close in the room I was staying in and the exposed duvets are left on shelves/floor without covers. The pillows in some cases were yellow. There were broken hangers on a dusty floor. The amenity box in my chest of drawers was dirty. Check in with the housekeeper was also quite poor. We were left to collect all of our towels from the line outside (we were 30 minutes early at 3pm instead of 3:30pm) but I would have expected these to be in the villa by that time. There is seating outside for many guests but not 8 loungers. We managed to work with 6 functional loungers and three umbrellas. The lounger cushions were on the dusty garage floor. I had expected more from a villa at this price in peak season. We have friends locally so likely to return, but I hope improvements will be made.

Nice quiet area but close to facilities. Lovely villa, very private and peaceful. Host Marina was so helpful and efficient.

Fantastic villa in an amazing location.

We had an amazing holiday staying at this villa, the villa was very spacious and the pool was perfect and our little boy had a wonderful time playing in it. The host was very helpful and welcoming and we would stay there again. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do, so close to the beach and near some lovely restaurants and bars.

Lovely villa!

The property was ideal for our family. Great pool everything you could need was available. Close to all amenities and walking distance to the beach. Beds a little firm for us but other than that a lovely place to stay.

We had an amazing week and the villa is just as described! Everywhere was clean, everything we needed was supplied. Easy check in and quick communication. Helpful with transport advice too.So easy to get to the shops and beach.Only thing I could say as a slight negative is there are no locks on toilets and also would be good if there was a mirror in bedrooms but this did not affect our stay we loved it!

The property was beautifully positioned only 5 mins from the beach,the pool and gardens were absolutely immaculate and clean .The Villa itself was very clean and comfortable with everything you needed provided ,A/C in all bedrooms ,with all mod cons.

Couldn't fault the villa really, perfect location!Garden furniture needs replacing, some of it is damaged.Oven in the kitchen doesn't work, not a problem for us as we ate out mot of the time, but if you are planning to cook and eat in, it might be an issue for you!

Family holiday

Our stay was lovely. The pictures online do not do the villa justice. The whole family had a lovely time. Plenty of space inside and outside of the villa. We would thoroughly recommend a stay and hope to go again some time.

Perfect for relaxation

Great location 5 mins walking to beach. Great bars/restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. Accommodation perfect with large veranda to sit on in an evening. Pool brilliant with gradual access rather than ladders (I have mobility issues) to enjoy and swim in plus sun loungers by the pool to enjoy the sun

Binnen was alles ok , enkel spijtig dat een paar stoelen op de patio hun beste tijd gehad hebben . Misschien ook een 2de ijskast voor zien , omdat deze villa voor 8 pers is en met het eten en het warme weer wordt er wat meer gedronken . Ideale ligging vlak bij het strand en op een 500 meter van winkel . Ook enkele restaurants en bars in de buurt . Van het zwembad is goed gebruik gemaakt !!

Beautiful

We really loved the villa, fully equipped with everything you would need. The pool and grounds were outstanding. Location was perfect. Would definitely recommend. We met with Marina, who was lovely and showed us round the villa and communication with Tom was great he replied to all messages very quickly.

Fabulous Family Holiday in Playa Flamenca

Just back from a week long stay in this lovely villa. The villa is spacious, clean, in a convenient location and had everthing we needed for an enjoyable stay. We spent most days just relaxing by the pool. If I’m honest, a new set of sun loungers and cushions would be a great addition, as the current ones are a quite worn, but this didn’t affect our holiday too much. If I was returning to the area, I’d definitely consider booking here again.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad!

Deze woning ligt fantastisch. Loopafstand naar het strand is ook echt loopafstand. Bij het strand zijn een paar fijne restaurantjes. Aan de andere kant is de Mercadona ook dichtbij, zodat je ‘s morgens lopend brood kan halen. Daarnaast in de regio shopping, boodschappen etc. De woning zelf is ruim, schoon en goed uitgerust. Het zwembad is heel fijn (groot) en er is een mooie tuin. Kortom, deze bestemming kunnen wij echt aanbevelen.

The villa is in a traditional style in an excellent quiet location. The host met us on arrival and was very helpful.Good points: Improvements made to the interior,new doors and door frames. New windows. Overall very good. The bedrooms now benefits from air-conditioning, Bad points: Bed linen on arrival in the blue room had some stains, attention needed to detail. The entrance gates need urgent attention as it has become difficult to open and lock the gates. An all round improvement from our last visit, we hope to visit again.
