Description of Holiday home Napfény:
Napfény means 'sunbeam' in Hungarian and you will surely enjoy the sun. Holiday home Napfény was completely renovated in 2009. In 2014 a new terrace (18m2) was built with a very nice view! In 2015 an extra bedroom was built.

The house has a spacious living room with dining area and a seating area. There is also a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Toilet on the ground floor and 1st floor.

On vacation in Holiday home Napfény:
There are several terraces around the house so you can always enjoy the sun or just find a sheltered place. The 800 m² garden (with fruit trees) is a safe playground for your children.

A holiday in holiday home Napfény offers you the best of two worlds: the tranquility and nature of the Mecsek Mountains and the lakes of Orfu (with a new, very beautiful aqua park), combined with the interesting art and culture of Pécs (European Capital of Culture 2012!) ,

In the area, bathing establishments (hot springs, ponds and lakes) and wine regions are appropriate. Walking and mountain biking through the Mecsek, you can completely relax.

Your vacation in holiday home Napfény will be a pure pleasure.

Classification apartment:
Apartment Napfény consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor are the living room, the kitchen and 1 bedroom. From the living room you go through the open doors to the terrace (18 m²).

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (15 m² per room) and the bathroom. One bedroom has a balcony, so you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning sun with a very nice view of the mountains!)

The living room:
In the living room of your holiday home, you have access to a cozy seating area with 2 sofas and a coffee table. There is a separate dining area.

Radio with CD player / USB connection and TV (no antenna) with DVD player are available.

The kitchen:
In your holiday home you have a spacious kitchenette with 4-burner gas, fridge with freezer, microwave, small oven, kettle and senseo.

Towels and tea towels and pots are provided and there are dishes for 6 people.

The bedrooms:

 On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed.

On the upper floor of the apartment are 2 bedrooms (15 m² each). The front bedroom has a 2 double bed ..

The rear bedroom has a double bed and 1 single bed. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided.

There is also a children's bed and a folding bed.

The garden and the terraces:
At Holiday home Napfény you have 800 m² garden. The garden is very private and offers a fantastic view over the forests of the Mecsek.

You also have a balcony and terrace (18 m²). There are 6 garden chairs, 2 parasols and a garden table. There are also 2 sun beds. The garden is completely fenced.

About Orfü:
Holiday home Napfény is in Orfü. Orfü is a well-known seaside resort in Hungary, mainly due to the 4 reservoirs. The lakes offer many opportunities for swimming, boating, surfing, fishing, boat rentals and canoeing.

In summer you can enjoy the many terraces and restaurants where you can eat well, and usually not expensive.

The months of November / December / January cannot be rented because there is no central heating.
There is a fireplace in the house.

Großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Schöne Terrasse. Die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt, Fernsehen war nicht möglich, Handy Empfang hatten wir nur außerhalb des Hauses. Unser Hund hat sich über den großen Garten gefreut

Phantastische Aussicht und himmlische Idylle

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Hunde fanden den Garten sehr interessant - ganz besonders die Schlupflöcher im Zaun. Das Haus ist zwar etwas älter, aber alles was man benötigt , ist vorhanden. Das Wasser kommt aus einem Tank und ist kein Trinkwasser. Das sollte man beachten und entsprechend Wasser einkaufen. Highlight ist die grandiose Aussicht und die himmlische Ruhe - wirklich traumhaft. Fliegengitter im Erdgeschoss wären eine feine Sache ! Bei der Hitze und den vielen Mücken und Wespen war ein Durchlüften fast nicht möglich. Wer runterkommen will und Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier am richtigen Ort.

Peace, quiet, tranquility

The house is in a wonderful location. It is relatively easy to reach by car. Yet it is far from all noise, almost in the forest. The view from the terrace is wonderful. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds. The stairs leading upstairs are very steep and may not be suitable for small children. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the appliances. In the garden, there is the possibility of a barbecue. The bathroom is a bit small. There is no drinking water in the house, as it is outside. This is the price of silence and complete peace. The garden has holes in the direction of the neighboring gardens. So it is not safe with a runaway dog. If the dog can be called back, then a paradise is also a huge area for him to enjoy.

Ohne Kleinkinder sicher prima

Wir waren Anfang Juli zu 6. für knapp 2 Wochen in Orfü und haben auf jeden Fall die Aussicht sehr genossen. Es war fast alles da, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber hat immer freundlich auf alle Fragen reagiert. :-) In der Umgebung gibt es einiges was man machen kann. Der Zoo ist z.B. sehr niedlich und auch der See im Dorf unten ist recht schön. In Pecs kann man Geld wechseln, oder abholen. Mit Karte zahlen, verursacht teilweise ziemlich hohe Gebühren. Wir hatten einen 16 Monate alten Abenteurer dabei und eine 3 jährige. Was uns den Aufenthalt mit so kleinen, energiegeladenen Kindern etwas schwierig gemacht hat, weil wir ja eigentlich auch ab und zu mal entspannen wollten und die Kinder einfach mal laufen lassen wollten, war: Die Treppe (halb Leiter, halb Treppe) nach oben. Unten nicht abgesichert und somit ein prima Kletterspaß für unseren Abenteurer. Ein paar kaputte Fliesen am Terrassenausgang und somit scharfkantig. Die Stufe mitten im Raum. Der sehr abschüssige Garten. Das hatten wir auf den Bildern nicht so wahrgenommen. Die Terrassenumrandung: da passt locker ein Kleinkind durch und der Fall nach unten wären bestimmt 2 meter. Der Hochstuhl war leider nicht da. Kein Steckdosenschutz. Eine Steckdose war sogar notdürftig mit Panzertape abgeklebt. (Insgesamt waren zu wenig Steckdosen vorhanden, es macht also Sinn Verteiler mitzunehmen) Insgesamt kann man das Haus auf jeden Fall buchen. Und wir danken dem Gastgeber für seine Freundlichkeit. :-)

Im großen und ganzen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Haus und Grundstück waren in gutem Zustand. Ausstattung war für ein Ferienhaus sehr gut. Einziges Manko war der im Internet beworbene TV-Anschluß der sich aber nur als TV-Gerät herausstellte. Fernsehen konnte man hier nicht schauen. Die angepriesenen DVDs waren leider alle auf holländisch. ;-) ebenso sämtliche Lektüre, Unsere Hunde fühlten sich im Garten pudelwohl und hatten besondere Freude an den zahlreichen Schlupflöchern in Nachbars Garten. Hier könnte man vielleicht nachbessern. Die Nachbarn auf der linken Seite, die sich um das Ferienhaus kümmern und uns sehr nett empfangen haben waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die sehr zahlreichen und mega leckeren Früchte aus dem Garten.
