"The host Blanca was very attentive and most helpful. The Villa was a short bus ride from the centre and the buses were every 10 minutes. The bed and bedding were fabulous and the breakfast a delight.The secure parking was a bonus."

"The hotel is lovely. However, the location is extremely remote — it is not “minutes from everything” as they describe on their website. There is no car service or restaurants, or humans near by. There is literally nothing close to it — so not recommended for solo travelers & you definitely should not go without a car! To get anywhere costs at least €70++. The dining on property is limited — in lieu of the extravagant tasting menu at the Michelin rated restaurant which I’m sure is great, the...

"The hotel is really nice, very clean with great staff. The room I had was a smaller room, but it was comfortable and suited my needs. The location is slightly out of the way from town, it was nice the hotel offered free bikes, it helped a lot. However, because it's not in the center of town, there is ample parking on the property and it's quieter overall."

"Très bon accueil, très propre, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain irréprochable.Hôtel situé dans petite rue atypique, proche des petits restaurants.La ville est très bien déservie par les bus! (pour se promener par exemple à Saint-Sébastien...très pratique)...Seul bémol, pas de place de parking (il faut se garer un peu plus bas et rajouter 12e/jour)...mais ce sont les vacances!...Je recommande vivement cette hôtel"

"Great location for going to either beach, the Old Town or Barrio Gros. We walked as far south as Reale Arena. Bus station is also within 5 minutes walk. Room was clean. Terrace is lovely."

"The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. The room was small but very modern. King size bed was a huge bonus! Location was perfectl for walking to nearly all the sites … right at a hop on hop off bus stop. Would for sure stay there again."

"Beautiful hotel right in front of concha beach. Had a very homely feel. As if you were staying at a friend’s fabulously tasteful house. Very lovely bedroom , comfortable bed and quiet ( in the night ) despite being right in front of the beach. Easy to walk into the old town- five minutes walk. "

"Hotel SANSEbay was one of my top favorite parts of the trip in Donostia-San Sebastian. The location was extremely convenient right between the old town downtown area and Urgull mountain for pleasant hiking. It's also only about 10-min walk to the beach entrance. All the staffs were very friendly and informative! Especially, upon check-in, I got a list of the popular pintxo bars and restaurants including their best selling dishes - which was super helpful! Hotel SANSEbay made an outstanding...

"Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions, beach, old city and Pincho bars. The staff were amazing, and helped us figure out what tours to take and they even made all the reservations for us on line. The restaurant at the hotel Narru was also excellent and so convenient. Great menu and wonderful food. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely rebook Arbaso if I revisit San Sebastián again."

"全てにおいて完璧でこれまで利用したスリーベットルームでは広さ、快適さ全てにおいて感動しました。ロフトに続くバルコニーやそれぞれの部屋から出る事ができるテラス完璧でした。また、台所、ダイニングも清潔で食器類も整っていて良かったです。ただ、一つ欠点を挙げるならばシャワーの水の出が悪いことでした。また、サンセバスチャンを訪問する事があればファミリーでこのアパートメントホテルを利用したいです。"
