Luxurious Oregon Coast Townhouse with Mesmerizing Views!

Perched on the edge of Coos Bay, this brand new luxury townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway. Expansive views are available from all floors of this three-story unit. You can also enjoy fully outfitted media room on the ground floor complete with wet bar, 60” flat panel Smart TV, state of the art sound system, and comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and full-size washer and dryer can be found on the top level of this townhouse. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat panel TV, fireplace, and oversized bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub (with a view!) ensuite. The second bedroom also includes a king-size bed and bathroom, also ensuite. Including the sleeper sofa on the ground floor, this home comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Each bedroom and the media room with sofa sleeper have full private bathrooms, with a half bath on the second level. When you do venture out, Sunset Bay is just fifteen minutes away, and nearby you’ll find Empire Lake, reported to be some of the best fishing in the state of Oregon.
Other Things To Note
Picture windows fill this home so you can witness nature at its best on every level. Each day as the tide recedes, the bay fills with hundreds of native birds and seals all hunting for a seafood meal. Watch large trade ships navigate in the distance and enter the canal. Watch small planes land expertly at one of the West Coast’s smallest airstrips. In the evening take in the spectacular sunset over the bay, the nearby dunes, and the ocean in the distance. The views here change day by day and moment by moment so plan to spend plenty of time just soaking it all in.
The kitchen, dining, and living areas are located in an open floor plan on the second floor. The kitchen is ready for your culinary expertise with stainless steel appliances, convection range, granite countertops, a wine fridge, and a large balcony. A cozy fireplace, large leather sectional sofa, flat panel TV, dining for eight, and half bath make this level the perfect place to relax and take in the incredible views.

Nice Getaway

We appreciated the quiet and the views. The townhouse was very enjoyable and we would certainly stay there again if we are out that way again. I will let me friends know about this place as well.The pictures were taken right off the back balcony.

Incredible Waterfront Place

Top notch, right on the water. Just like new, we felt we were the first guest staying there Quiet neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do in the area. The host was very responsive even though nothing really came up. I would definitely stay there again and will try to when we return again. One of the best short term rentals I’ve stayed in over the years. Thank you.

Very Nice

The townhome is very clean and well equipped. We had six adults staying and we were quite comfortable. Coos Bay is a cute town with some interesting sites to take in. The view changes dramatically with the tides in the bay. It is a bit industrial, but still beautiful.

My home away from home

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed at this property. There are a lot of stairs, but the views are worth it. We enjoyed sitting on the patio(s) - I think we spent time on the lower and upper - and even decided to stay in for dinner one evening. Thanks for another great visit. - The 4 stars on "cleanliness" were because it looked like the cleaning crew missed wiping out the fridge - FYI

Gorgeous

VERY nice place. Very safe neighborhood. Fun to watch the airplanes land next door. Sure wish the toilets were a little higher for us old folks...and grab bars in the showers. Everything was beautiful though!!!!

Comfortable extended stay

My extended stay at this house was enjoyable and comfortable. The house has a wonderful view and I enjoyed watching the tide roll in and out each day. Beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. The house is much bigger than expected, covering 3 floors. There is only space for 1 vehicle so additional vehicles need to be parking on the street, but there was plenty of space available. Master bedroom and bath are very large and beautiful.

Great Location with a Nice View

My family had a fantastic stay at this wonderful Coos Bay / North Bend townhouse. The 3-level design was great for the family to spread out and have their own space, while also sharing time together in the spacious kitchen/dining/livingroom area. Enjoyed spending time in the hot tub or relaxing on the deck while staring out over the bay. Surprised that there was absolutely zero noise from the adjoining townhouses - which made listening to the wind and seaguls that much better. Great Location as well. Short drive to the grocery store (Safeway) and many restaurants. Also served as a great home-base and central location for visiting friends and family in neighboring towns, including Bandon, Barview, and Reedsport. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Easy communication with owners with fast responses. Looking forward to future stays.

Amazing view!

It was an excellent property to stay in. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to the grocery store and restaurants. The hot tub and view were the best parts. It was definitely worth the drive to arrive at this place.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! For us, it was perfect location between the dunes and charter fishing. It was a great coastal point to explore both north and south from. We found some wonderful local restaurants as well as used the well stocked kitchen for meals in. The home was quiet, comfortable and oh so peaceful! Amazing views, lots of birds to watch, glorious sunsets. Mornings in the hot tub...I would love to come back!

Beautiful location

It was such a great choice for our 22nd anniversary vacation. The city of Coos Bay was easy to navigate and had many things to do. We enjoyed several very good restaurants. The owner always returned messages very quickly. The central location on the coast made it easy to visit other cities. We would definitely return !
