"The staff are very helpful and responded quickly to my queries prior to the trip. Parking lot is just across the street and only ¥1000 per day. Sightseeing area is just a few blocks away. Breakfast has good variety of oriental and western food. Bathroom is big with both shower and tub. However, we forgot to get the bathroom supplies such as toothbrushes at the reception floor."

"If you are traveling to Yokohama this is the place to stay. We arrived about 10:30 PM after more than 20 hours of traveling. The staff were so friendly, greeted us with smiles at the door and took our luggage to our room. Our room was spotless and there was plenty of room to unwind. We had breakfast at the buffet in the hotel and it was delicious. From fresh fruit, an omelette station, different breakfast meats and local favorites. The cruise ship port is located about 15-20 minutes walking...

"The hotel itself is very nice. Expedia and the hotel are not in agreement about room sizes, though. When I arrived, they told me 2 adults and 1 child couldn't share the room that I booked with those specifications through Expedia and they tried charging us to upgrade to a bigger room. We were able to get the bigger room without charge only by talking to the manager. We showed that we booked via Expedia with all the details of our party correctly filled out.
