Welcome to a beautiful clean, modern, airy, comfortable (non-smoking) and spacious Single story newly renovated home with central air and heat.

Relax in one of 4 bedrooms, each with comfy queen beds and memory foam toppers!
2 full bathrooms and (a Master bath with a double Jacuzzi bath...to soak in)
1 Full size futon bed (located in private family room/office)
All rooms stocked with extra pillows and complete bedding. Each bedroom has a smart TV!
The newly bright white Kitchen, with farmers sink, dishwasher, and quartz counters is fully equipped with all the niceties of home to prepare your favorite meals to enjoy or take with you on your daily adventures. Or.... Barbecue and enjoy a delicious meal. Safety feature, Outdoor ring door bell cameras.

There is internet/WIFI, 55-inch TV in Living-room above the electric marble fireplace. Local stations are available as well as your streaming services as you unwind and relax. Outdoor

House Rules:
1. SLEEPS 10 in Beds MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME.
2. Maximum Vehicles 3 in driveway No (RVs, Trailers or Commercial Vehicles).No street parking as permits are required and cars will get ticketed.
3. 3 Night minimum rental.
4. No Outside noise between 9 pm and 8 am per CITY CODE. Active Neighbor security watch.
5. This is a NO Smoking in the home. No smoking of any kind or Vaping is allowed inside the property - no viedo taping of property -No Exceptions.
6. This home is for the number of guests requested (only) unless authorized by owner in writing, to be able to relax, have fun and enjoy all the comforts of home as you enjoy your vacation, visiting and time in Orange.
7. No Animals of Any Kind.

See rental agreement with house rules. Which need to be reviewed and signed that home rules will be followed. This will be sent to you upon acceptance.

The house was clean and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen had snacks waiting for us and the coffee machines were great. The location was perfect for our Disney vacation. We loved the master bedroom with attached bathroom and jacuzzi tub! Overall this was an awesome vacation rental and we highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean, well organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to restaurants and stores, and only about 15 minutes from Disneyland, which made our trip so convenient. I definitely took advantage of the hot tub after a long day at Disneyland. It was clean and very relaxing. It took me a little bit to find the on button as i was looking for a dial/timer switch. It was just a simple press in the inside of the tub

This holiday house was just fabulous! Location was perfect; in a nice neighbourhood with shops & lots of places to eat nearby.The photos of the house do not do it justice as it was really spacious! It had a wonderful home-from-home feel to it & was decorated beautifully.The beds had memory foam mattresses so were very comfortable. The master bedroom was extremely soft but with so many beds to choose from, this wasn’t a problem - just personnel taste as I prefer a firmer mattress.The house had toiletries, washing products, a well stocked cupboard & fridge with cooking essentials, including coffee, milk & sugar, if you needed them.Iris and Mark, also left us with milk, butter, snacks/crisps, water for the parks, plus a lovely cake & some cookies to greet us on our arrival - a really lovely & generous touch!The house was spotlessly clean with lovely quality bedding & plenty of towels. Also, in the garage, there were a wide selection of items we could use for a beach trip. We didn’t use any of these as we mainly focused on the Disney Parks which were literally 15 - 20mins drive away, depending on traffic; the route was a quick & easy drive.Iris was amazingly quick to answer any questions we had, & went out of her way to make our stay was enjoyable.We have stayed in many rental homes over the years & this was by far the cleanest, most well equipped, with Iris & Mark being the most attentive & perfect hosts - a highly recommended holiday rental.Thank you so much

Great house in a central location. This was our 2nd time staying here for our yearly beach vacation. If you're looking for a comfortable house in a location central this is a great pick. The set up is nice and feels very comfortable. The owners are friendly and they want to ensure you have a great stay. The house has everything you might need too - including different pillows types to choose from. My only constructive feedback would be that the bed in the room with the bathroom is best for one person. It's too soft and doesnt provide enough support on the sides and the hot water struggles. With 4 people showering it didn't seem to keep up. But the water pressure is great!I'm sure we'll be back again. Big thanks to Iris and Mark for sharing their home with us!

Couldn't be happier with our stay

This was our first time using VRBO and we were very pleased with our stay. Communication was perfect, host was happy to accommodate a check-in request we had, property was exactly as described, neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed. Host provided everything we could have wanted or needed to make the stay cozy, comfy and just like a home away from home. Check out process was super simple. 10 out of 10 would stay again. Thank you Iris and Mark! We would happily book again for our trip next year.

This house was perfect in so many ways. The refrigerator was stocked with water and a dessert cake and cookies. Very much appreciated! The kitchen had everything we needed including kcups for the Keurig, an assortment of teas, spices, condiments and an espresso machine. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint, the neighbors have an outside dog that barks most of the night.

The property was good but....

Our experience at this vrbo started off really well. We were offered an early check in nearly 5 hours before the posted check in. Once we had arrived to vrbo we were greeted with a nice house and a lock that took a couple tries for us to get correct and some sweet treats in the fridge from the hosts. This was pretty much the end of the good things. Our stay was very average we had everything we needed and they had even left a binder to help us with anything in the house like the thermostat. However the first probem was when we found a decent amount of dirty dishes in the kitchen a ton of the silverware was gross specifically the butter knifes, and some plates/bowls and a really gross cutting board. There was also some issues with the door to the master bathroom. It didn't lock and it appeared that the lock may have been broken in the past. The water pressure also left a lot to be desired in that bathroom. The other main issue we had was with some ring cameras that are not included in the vrbo listing or in the pictures which vrbo requires them to do. At first we thought nothing much of it till it was clear they were watching us very intently through them. About halfway through our stay they added in another rule that was no where to be found in our contract, in the vrbo listing, or their binder in the house which we all checked and doubled check to see if our negligence had been the problem. This rule was specifically added because they watched us and this made us uneasy.

Cozy home-away-from-home

We loved our stay here and would enthusiastically recommend it to others. Our hosts Iris and Mark seem to have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well-stocked. The house as a whole was very roomy. The location was perfect as it is close to Old Towne Orange, and it provided easy access to the freeway for the quick drive to Newport or Laguna (or the airport). It was a cozy “home away from home” for our week in SoCal.

Perfect for us

We stayed here with our kids ages 3-16 and grandparents. It was perfect. Everyone had a place to relax and be comfortable sleeping. The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed and we loved having the big dining room table to eat around. Iris was so great at communicating with us and made everything so smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hosts but area is ok

Iris and Mark are incredible hosts that are very thoughtful and add wonderful touches. This house has everything you need and is fully stocked. Drawbacks are the area is super crowded with limited parking and in a less scenic area. Biggest issue we had is there is a dog immediately next door that barks literally all night long and with the closeness of the houses, it kept us awake. However, we are aware that the hosts can’t help that at all and did everything to make our stay comfortable.
