The condo always stayed was very nice and clean. We loved the beach view and access to the beach. Our only complaint would be that the kitchen was not very well equipped.

Great place to stay

Great location for a vacation! Small property and not a huge high rise hotel. Beach and pool wasn’t crowded. Property was beautiful and well maintained.

Clean rooms. Beautiful view. Elevator out 3 different times on our building. Smoke alarms activated times 2. Had to call about the alarms. Said they had not received any notifications.. really??? Comfortable beds. Toilets were SMALL.. had to buy bathroom tissue… Kleenex..

Condo just as listed

The views were amazing and the furniture/beds were comfortable. Really appreciated the darkening pull drapes for both patio areas, especially for the bedroom. The boxed toiletries in the bathrooms and supplies for the kitchen were a nice touch. Also, plenty of towels.

The unit seemed smaller than listed, but still large enough for my family of four. The building is quite dated and there were several patch jobs and scratched paint throughout. The sliding door from the living area was incredibly difficult to open and close and the curtains in the master were off track. The large pool was quite nice and the beds were comfortable. The trek to the beach was a bit further than stays at previous rentals and we were unable to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach due to people having had already rented them for the entire week. We had to purchase a canopy and our own chairs locally which was costly. Had the host messaged me back about that exact issue we would have brought our own from home and saved around 400. 2 of the elevators were broke down so the entire condominium was forced to use the elevator closest to us which caused extreme wait times. I highly doubt anything will be resolved as the unit is up for sale. We actually were asked to vacate the property so a realtor could do a showing. We enjoyed ourselves but will not revisit this listing again.

Check in was an hour wait trying to figure out how to enter the code as there was a Realtors box on it. Property contact kept saying enter code with a but no check mark. After an hour we figured out the key pad was was black and you had to keep tapping it to get it to light up. The Realtor box had nothing to do it period. Check on was at 4pm. But check out was to be out BEFORE 10:00 am. The check out list was do it all out be charged more fees. I clwaned and took pics!! Beautiful room and view but to much for the price.
