Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 50'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker will enhance any party. This is a custom kitchen unlike any other in the complex. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and full size bunk bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 14.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Great for family vacation

We had a large group with 3 families and this location was everything we needed with the perfect amount of space for everyone. The condo was great for indoor activities when it rained and easy beach access. We had a great balcony view and enjoyed our stay!

This was our 6th stay at this property and it’s always been great. Condo was as expected, what wasn’t expected was the pools…The lazy river was green and the other pool was sand filled.

Great Family/Friends Fall Break Trip

We visit Orange Beach every year and stay at the Phoenix West II! This was our 1st time in this unit. The condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. We would definitely stay again just a few minor things that could have been supplied and /or updated but overall a great experience!

Fantastic property!

This was our second time staying in this building but the first time in this room. The lazy river and the slide are perfect for kids! They could’ve stayed there all day. The room itself was wonderful! Having a table on the balcony was like having an extra room and the kids loved getting to eat outside. The room was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed in terms of the amenities. If we decide to visit Orange Beach again, we’ll definitely be checking the availability of this unit first.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a fabulous time. The only challenges we experienced were the elevators being extremely slow when everyone was moving in. Other than waiting for elevators during a busy time it was a really nice place to stay.

Beautiful condo

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We had 6 adults and 5 kids-5 and under. Being on the 31st floor was a beautiful view but we would have felt better if there had been child locks at the top of the doors for balcony and the main entrance. Overall, I would definitely go back.

Great condo and location

Even better than expected!

We’ve been coming to Alabama for several years and this was our first time staying here. I can say, it’s definitely now our favorite! There were ten of us and we had plenty of room! They view from the 31st floor was beautiful. We seen several sharks! We loved the convenient location, the overall luxury of this place, and the pools! Our kids especially loved the slide. Great place! Highly recommend!

Large family vacation

It was a wonderful property with amazing views. 14 including 2 child slept comfortably. The balcony was very safe. Perfect trip. It’s very spacious and tastefully decorated. Felt like we were in luxury. Only one bad thing was the elevator and being on 31st floor.
