This is a North facing unit with incredible views of Gulf State Park and awesome rates!!!



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. No expense was sparred when we decorated this condo at Phoenix West II.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker and wine cooler will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a king, there are two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 10.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Overall, this is a great spot for families with both kids under and over 12. The BIGGEST drawback of this property are the elevators. The second biggest drawback is the chair setup (Ike's) because either you are five rows deep or you are 100 yards from the ocean with 3 rows of other umbrellas, tents, etc. in front of you.On the elevators, there always seemed to be 1 or more down and with all of the families and their beach wagons, people checking in or out with carts and bringing groceries up with grocery carts - space was tight. Many times we just had to separate to get some of our party on the elevators.We were on the 21st floor and just gave up and walked down the stairs more than once. We had bigs (all kids over 12) so it was fine. That won't be an option for families with littles. The property is fantastic. If you can get on a lower floor, I would recommend it.

Wonderful visit

Lots of room for 8 people to stay & sleep. Each bedroom had its in bathroom plus an extra full bath which was wonderful! It is beautifully decorated. We would definitely rent again

A few days on the beach

We brought our daughter and a few of her friends for their senior year spring break. We all enjoyed our stay, so much for them to do. The condo was very clean and quiet. The girls were able to go to the pools, hot tubs, and fitness center and I didn’t have to worry about them. Very secured place. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Updates

The layout of the property was great. Loved the amount of rooms & placement. The decor needed some updating & also needed some maintenance. Outlets in master bathroom did not work at all. One bathroom toilet seat was ready to come off & hall light only worked from entrance area. We loved the hot tub, sauna, beach & pool area. It was unfortunately too cool for the lazy river but maybe next time we visit it will be warmer. Short distance to most places we wanted to go. So all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great beach, location

Loved this property for our family vacation. Condo and amenities were comfy and great. The beach and pools entertained our 9 and 7 yr old all week. Only thing to be aware of is elevators for building are lacking, only elevators for 32 floors is not sufficient. check in day we waited 45 min to an hour for an elevator to get to the condo. Outside of that it was great!
