Experience luxury in this stunning beachfront condo. Located on the 11th floor with breathtaking ocean views, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. Enjoy access to fantastic amenities including an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness room. With three king beds and a queen sleeper sofa, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families and groups seeking a memorable beach vacation in Orange Beach.

The Space:
Broadmoor is a low-density building with only 60 total units, which means you can sit and relax on the beach without massive crowds, enjoy lounging by the pool without being overrun, and no long wait for an elevator. Complex amenities include wireless internet, cable, outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna (his and her), fully equipped fitness room, and tennis courts.

Unit 1101 is located on the east-corner of the 11th floor, offering stunning panoramic unobstructed beach views for as far as the eye can see. You are sure to enjoy the expansive balcony and spacious living area.

The well-equipped kitchen features new stainless appliances and granite counters. The dining table seats 6 plus 4 more at the breakfast nook table, which overlooks the beach. This unit also features a separate wet bar with stand-alone ice maker, full-sized washer and dryer, WiFi and a queen-sized sofa-sleeper.

The huge master suite features a king bed, sitting area, access to the balcony and a private master bath with large, tiled walk-in shower. There is a king bed in the second bedroom, and a king in the third bedroom. Both guest rooms have private baths and north-facing views of the bay and river. Enjoy Eastern views of the beach from multiple windows in the living, dining and kitchen areas.

Views to die for!

It’s challenging to find an area to stay during March that’s not teeming with Spring Breakers. Orange Beach is more quiet and family oriented. This condo was lovely and very comfortable. Since it is a corner unit, there are gorgeous views from three directions. This is the place if you enjoy watching the sunrise from bed!We appreciated all the empty drawers and cabinets for all our stuff! The primary bed and all of the furniture was very comfortable. My favorite was the chair in the reading nook of the bedroom where I watched dolphins, pelicans and the beautiful Gulf even if it was chilly outside. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to others.

Parents 65th Anniversary Celebration

We enjoyed our stay, The condo had amazing views and the kitchen was well equipped with everything required for cooking for our family. There was plenty of room for our family of 7, with several seating areas for dining along with additional areas for watching television. A couple of suggestions I would like to make if possible is to add grab bars in the showers, as wet areas are safety hazards for elderly ones, but can also be for younger ones losing balance. I would also like to make a suggestion to add a seat with ADA height recommendations in the shower of the larger bathroom with a hand held shower which you could add to your amenities.The last thing that may be helpful is an elevated toilet seat in the master. All of these are extras that both the elderly, persons having difficulties getting up from lower surfaces or persons with disabilities will find attractive if looking for a condo for vacation. These are also amenities that you would be able to advertise. Thanks so much for the easy check-in/check-out procedures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

We loved everything about our stay at The Broadmoor 1101 except the kitchen. The microwave did not work very well, one eye on the stove didn’t work, there were not enough cooking utensils, nor skillets/griddle.

Amazing week in a great location

We really enjoyed the condominium. Great layout in a great location! We will definitely be back! Only negative that I will mention is having to go out of the way to pick up the parking pass. It seems as though it would be easy to have it available in condo.

Great Labor Day getaway

Amazing property. Fantastic views. Great trip with good accommodations for adult getaway. 3 Kings were great. Only con was having to drive to rental agency to obtain parking passes. Would be better if they were left in the unit for you on arrival.

Here is a list for room problems 1. Mildew in shower in master 2. Mattress in br 1 broken down 3. Broken toilet paper holder in master 4 chairs on balcony were really uncomfortable 5. Showers in bathrooms 1 and 2 have cracks in tile. Possible leak 6. Leak under stove.

Great condo, horrible parking.

The condo was excellent except the parking situation was terrible. They had extra supports holding up the concrete deck above the parking area. You wondered if it was safe to park under the deck. It also eliminated about ten spots. If you were the last one in at night you had to park in the driveway. Had I known about the parking problems I would have booked a different condo.

Perfect wedding weekend

We were so very pleased with the condo and it’s location. The views from the condo were breathtaking. Very spacious condo and master bedroom has huge walk-in closet. We were able to hang my daughter in law’s wedding dress in there and still had hanging room. Also, there are two tables for dining in the condo and a bar with three stools. My family really enjoyed your condo. It made for a memorable wedding weekend.

Great place, great location

Excellent location, a little quieter than downtown Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. Not much cookware, so if you’re cooking for a crowd, may want to bring a few things. Love the corner location of this place-let’s in a lot of light!

The Best Vacation!

This property is PERFECT! Location is great, view of the sunrise and sunset was beautiful, and the condo was roomy! So close to great restaurants. Just a few steps to the beach. We plan on bringing our parents back b/c there are no steps to the beach. All three rooms have king beds and their own private bath. There is also a sleeper sofa, a chair that make a twin bed, and a fold out cot. Kitchen was stocked with basic items. We met the owners upon arrival and they were so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!!

Close to Flora Bama

We had a great trip with our young adult children! They wanted close to flora bama and I was glad to be there since my husband and I could walk back to condo when we would have enough of the flora bama . The condo was very spacious and very clean/newly decorated and comfortable. Lots of sleeping space and room for more. The condo has a portable fold out bed that is not listed on website but we didn’t need to use it. Only reason I wouldn’t give all five stars is there was construction going on at the building! But definitely 5+ stars for the condo itself.
