"The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast offered about anything anyone would want, especially Friday breakfast. Saturday breakfast didnt have the biscuits and gravy, which was disappointing, but still had many options. The hotel is very convenient to Cooter's, Opry Mills, and many good restaurants. You wont go wrong staying here."

" I wasn’t so sure about the hotel because it doesn’t have an actual staff other than the cleaning crew and maintenance staff. It’s so well appointed it’s really cool and funky. I love that they have sparkling water and Stillwater on tap. The decorations were cool. it’s not a luxury hotel but it’s fun, unique cool and definitely would stay again. I also like that it’s nowhere near the Broadway bars. "

"Clean updated hotel. Very comfortable rooms and great bed.. Two negatives. The internet is very poor. They don't have the capacity to handle the guests and it kept dropping...the other negative is for those of us,who are insulin dependent while there is adequate refrigeration in the rooms, there is no way to freeze your travel bag, if you use one to keep your unsulin cool while traveling "
