"I am writing regarding our recent stay at the Residence Inn Opryland, which unfortunately fell far below the standards we expected from a Marriott property. Several amenities that were advertised on the website were either non-functional or unavailable altogether. The fire pit was not working, the barbecue grills were unusable due to missing gas control knobs, and there was a noticeable smell of leaking gas around the grill area, which raised serious safety concerns. "Staff was super helpful and friendly. Lobby had a bar area with good drinks and served food. Property was very clean and rooms were very large, had microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc and well kept. I liked the area; wasn’t in the middle of so much traffic and was easy to get to but also super easy to get to popular places by a quick uber ride. Really liked this hotel and the staff."

"When we checked in our room the door to the hall way would not lock. You could push it open with your hand. The staff laughed at us about the security of the room. We were staying for 3 nights. My spouse is a Carpenter by trade. He put a Screw Driver under the door frame so the door would lock. The jetted tub did not work. It did not have a plug to fill it up. The shower leaked water all over the bath room floor. We had to put down two towels each time to take a shower. The staff still...

"Very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was only bagels and cereal. There was no coffee or microwave in the room...only in the lobby for everyone. No conditioner in shower."

"Nice hotel rooms. Pretty clean and the rooms are pretty spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to call the hotel twice for someone to come to the front desk to check in. And lastly, the side door on the first floor is for exiting only and not entering so it made it hard for me to bring things in and out."

"We stayed in the Retreat House. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean and very spacious. The only reason I did not give this bed-and-breakfast five stars was the location. Belle Air mansion is located on a tremendously busy intersection right off the interstate. It is a MUST that you bring earplugs and an eye mask to get a good nights restful sleep otherwise you will be up all night listening to traffic. Breakfast was delicious!"

"Exceptional hotel."

"Room and property dirty. Our room was dirty, floor bed and bedsheets. We didn’t have a choice but to stay till morning because we flew in past midnight. There were shady people checked in. A lot of screaming and banging. Strong smell of pot. We checked out and move to different hotel. The only upside is their staff are great especially Margo. They canceled our reservation and told us we’ll be refunded."
