"The location is (as you can easily tell on a map) outside of Nashville so you will be driving/ride-sharing in if Broadway etc is your destination, but it's walkable (20 mins) to the Opry (5-8) to Nashville Palace and some good bars/food options. Hotel is what you'd expect - clean, comfortable and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent. It was quiet at night and felt safe arriving back late at night. All in all a very pleasing stay."

"The property management was the worst we have ever seen. Trashbins were full for most of the day and overflowed, bugs were roaming around the bins, cleaning staffs were limited and took the entire day before cleanup the trashbins. Morning breakfast area is extremely small, overcrowded, very very limited items, staffs were alway grumpy."

"I was notified two day before my trip that the hotel was in the mist of remodeling. There were no other hotels available due to over 8000 at people at a conference. The noise began at 8am and ended at 6pm. The was no shuttle available the first three days no pool at all for the 101 temperature No one on a vacation to a construction site. No happy at all. Had I been told at booking time that the hotel would be remodeling I would have elected not to stay at the Hyatt and book at another...

"This was a great place to stay while visiting Nashville for the first time. The hotel is beautiful and cozy. The rooms are also very nice, clean and allowed us to have some good night's sleep. The location is also very nice. It's on the east side, so it's a nice quiet area, but very close to all the great places on the east side, and not so far from the downtown, which you can get with a five-minute Uber/Lift. It has a big parking lot next to the building, which also makes it very adequate if...
